نقش رهبری مبتنی‌ بر‌ دانش و شیوه‌های مدیریت دانش در بیمارستان‌های دولتی تبریز

زمینه و اهداف: با شرایط پیچیده حاکم در سازمان‌ها، در حال حاضر مدیریت دانش را می‌توان راهگشای شیوه‌های مدیریت دانست. شرایط پیچیده باعث تغییرات فراگیر در مدیریت سازمان‌ها خصوصاً بیمارستان‌ها شده که باید به این تغییرات پاسخ داده شود، در این میان رهبری مبتنی‌بر‌دانش می‌تواند پاسخ‌گوی خوبی برای این مهم باشد. بنابراین، اثرگذاری رهبری مبتنی‌بر‌دانش بر روی شیوه‌های مدیریت دانش در بیمارستان‌های دولتی، هدف اصلی این پژوهش است. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی پیمایشی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بوده است و از طرفی با توجه به اهداف پژوهش که به سنجش اثرات بین متغیرها می‌پردازد، از نوع رضیه‌ای-استنتاجی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 631 بخش‌ درمانی در بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهر تبریز است. در این پژوهش، نمونه‌گیری از روش خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای صورت پذیرفته است و از نظرات مدیران 169 بخش‌ درمانی برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. تجزیه‌ و‌تحلیل داده‌ها به روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است.یافته ها: خروجی‌های نرم‌افزار، نشان‌دهنده تاثیر مثبت و معنادار بین رهبری مبتنی‌بر‌دانش و شیوه‌های مدیریت دانش است. همچنین، رهبری مبتنی‌بر‌دانش بر کاربرد دانش بیشترین تاثیر را دارد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که شیوه‌های ایجاد، ذخیره‌سازی، انتقال و کاربرد دانش با رهبری مبتنی‌بر‌دانش در بیمارستان‌های دولتی دارای روابط قوی هستند. به عبارت دیگر، توجه به دانش موجود، باعث بهبود دانش بیمارستان‌ها خواهد شد.

The Role of KnowledgeOriented Leadership and Knowledge Management Practices in Tabriz Public Hospitals

Background and Objectives: Given the complexity of the ruling in organizations, currently knowledge management can be considered as a guide for management practices. Complicated conditions have caused sweeping changes in management of organizations, especially in hospitals, which should be responded to these changes. The knowledgeoriented leadership can be a good answer to these. So, the impact of knowledgeoriented leadership on knowledge management practices in public hospitals was the main objective of this research. Material and Methods: This study was a descriptive survey, and an applied research by the objective, and according to the research goals that measure the effects of variables, it is a hypotheticaldeductive type. Study population consisted of 631 health sectors of public hospitals in Tabriz. In this research, sampling was done by multi stage cluster method and the views of the managers of 169 health departments were used to collect data. Data analysis was conducted by structural equation modeling. Results: Software outputs indicate a positive and significant impact between knowledgeoriented leadership and knowledge management practices. Also, knowledgeoriented leadership has the greatest impact on knowledge application. Conclusion: The results show that practices of creation, storage, transfer and application of knowledge management has strong relation with knowledgeoriented leadership. In other words, attention to existing knowledge will improve the knowledge of hospitals.
