بررسی ارتباط بین مزاج با انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی شاهرود در سال تحصیلی 1401- 1400

مقدمه: تمایلات و انگیزش های فردی در افراد متفاوت با توجه به مزاج های گوناگون متفاوت است.هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین مزاج با انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی شاهرود در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده بر روی 300 نفر از دانشجویان علوم پزشکی شاهرود در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه دموگرافیک، مزاج و انگیزش تحصیلی جمع آوری شد. داده ها بعد از جمع آوری وارد spss نسخه 18 شده و با کمک آمار توصیفی-تحلیلی تجزیه و تحلیل شد (p>0/001). یافته ها: در این مطالعه نتایج نشان داد که از مجموع 300 نفر دانشجوی شرکت کننده در مطالعه بیشتر افراد گروه سنی 18-21، (61/3)184،184 ، جنسیت زن ( 62 درصد)186،  محل سکونت خوابگاهی (68 درصد) 204، وضعیت مجرد (93 درصد) 279 و رشته تحصیلی پزشکی (45 درصد) 136 نفر بودند. بین جنسیت و انگیزش  رابطه معنی داری وجود داشت. مزاج دانشجویان در بخش سردی و گرمی وضعیت معتدل (60 درصد) 180 و میانگین 24±16/56 و در بخش تری و خشکی نیز وضعیت معتدل (36/7 درصد) 110 و میانگین 6±4/15 داشتند. نمره انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان به طور کلی 117/06±24/36 بود. بین مزاج گرم و سرد با انگیزش تحصیلی همبستگی مثبت و  معناداری وجود داشت. بین مزاج تر و خشک با انگیزش تحصیلی همبستگی منفی و بدون معناداری وجود داشت. (r=-0/248)نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد مزاج می تواند نقش تعیین کننده ای در میزان انگیزش تحصیلی فرد داشته باشد که پیشنهاد می گردد با به کارگیری آموزه های طب سنتی و اصلاح مزاج توسط سیاست گذاران عرصه بهداشتی و همچنین متولیان امر آموزش، زمینه ارتقاء سطح انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان فراهم گردد.

investigating the relationship between temperament and academic motivation in medical students of shahroud in the academic year 2021-2022

introduction: individual desires and motivations vary among individuals based on their distinct temperaments.objective: this study aimed to examine the relationship between temperament and academic motivation in medical students at shahroud in the academic year 2021-2022. university during the 2021–2022 academic year.materials and methods: materials and methods: this descriptive-analytical study was conducted using a simple random sampling method on 300  medical students at shahroud university during the 2021–2022 academic year. data were collected through demographic, temperament and academic motivation questionnaires. after data collection, the information was entered into spss 18 and analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics, with a significance level set at (p<0.001).results: the findings of this study indicated that among the 300 participating students, the majority belonged to the 18–21 age group (61.3%)184, werefemale (62%)186, resided in dormitories (68%)204, and were single (93% ) 279. additionally, 136 students (45.3%) were studying medical subjects. a significant relationship was found between gender and academic motivation. regarding students’ temperament, in the cold and hot spectrum, the majority (60%, n =180) had a moderate temperament, with a mean score of 16.56 ± 24. and in the dry and moist spectrum, 36.7% (n = 110) had a moderate temperament, with a mean score of 4.15 ± 6.the overall academic motivation score of students was 117.06±24.36. a positive and significant correlation was observed between hot and cold temperament and academic motivation. whereas a negative but non-significant correlation was found between dry temperament and academic motivation. (r=-0.248)conclusions: the findings of this study indicate that temperament can play a crucial role in determining an individual’s level of academic motivation. it isrecommended health policymakers and education officials utilize traditional medicine principles and temperament strategies to enhance academic motivation among students.
