تعیین رابطه عملکرد خانواده با احساس تنهایی کودکان بستری در بیمارستان امام جعفر صادق میبد در سال 1397

مقدمه: احساس تنهایی به از دست دادن احساس مثبت و پیدا شدن احساس منفی بیشتر در طول ارتباطات اجتماعی و عملکرد ضعیف خانواده بستگی دارد.هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه عملکرد خانواده و احساس تنهایی کودکان بستری در بیمارستان امام جعفر صادق میبد در سال 1397 بود.مواد و روش‌ها: روش این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بود که بر روی 94 کودک 14-7 ساله بستری در بیمارستان امام جعفر صادق میبد به همراه مادرشان انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه عملکرد خانواده (the questionnaire of family functioning) و مقیاس احساس تنهایی ucla (ucla loneliness scale) جمع‌آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون (pearson correlation coefficient) و با نرم‌افزار آماری spss نسخه 22 و در سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 انجام شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین احساس تنهایی و مولفه‌ حل مشکل (p=0/003, r=-0/30)، بین احساس تنهایی و مولفه ارتباط (p=0/012, r=-0/26)، بین احساس تنهایی و مولفه همراهی عاطفی (p=0/006, r=-0/28)، بین احساس تنهایی و مولفه آمیزش عاطفی (p=0/001, r=-0/43)، بین احساس تنهایی و مولفه کنترل رفتار (p=0/001, r=-0/57) و بین احساس تنهایی و عملکرد کلی خانواده (p=0/001, r=-0/54) ارتباط منفی و معنی‌داری وجود دارد؛ اما بین احساس تنهایی و مولفه نقش‌ها ارتباط مستقیم و مثبت وجود داشت (p=0/001, r=0/43).نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد خانواده و مولفه‌های آن با احساس تنهایی کودکان رابطه معکوسی دارند یعنی هرچه عملکرد خانواده بهتر باشد، احساس تنهایی کمتر است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که نقش‌ها در خانواده اثر مستقیم و قوی روی احساس تنهایی کودکان ایفا می‌کنند. لذا، برای بهبود احساس تنهایی کودکان توجه بیشتری به عملکرد خانواده داشته باشیم.

determination of the relationship between family function and the loneliness of children admitted to imam jafar sadegh meybod hospital in 2018

introduction: loneliness is associated with the loss of positive feelings and the emergence of more negative ones during social interactions, as well as poor family functioning.objectives: this study aimed to determine the relationship between family functioning and the loneliness of children admitted to imam jafar sadegh meybod hospital in 2018.materials and methods: this descriptive correlational study was performed on 94 children aged 7-14 years admitted to imam jafar sadegh meybod hospital with their mothers. children were selected through purposeful sampling, and data were collected using the questionnaire of family functioning and the ucla loneliness scale. data were analyzed using the pearson correlation coefficient test and the spss software (version 22) at a significance level of 0.05.results: the results of the pearson correlation test showed significant negative relationships between loneliness and the problem-solving component (p=0.003, r=-0.30), the relationship component (p=0.012, r=-0.26), the component of emotional companionship (p=0.006, r=-0.28), the component of emotional intercourse (p=0.001, r=-0.43), behavior control component (p=0.001, r=-0.57), and overall family functioning (p=0.001, r=-0.54). on the other hand, there was a significant positive relationship between feelings of loneliness and the roles assigned to children in the family (p=0.001, r=43).conclusion: in general, the findings revealed that family functioning and its components are inversely related to children’s sense of loneliness. in other words, the better the family functions, the less children feel loneliness. the results also showed that roles in the family have a direct and strong effect on children’s feelings of loneliness. therefore, to improve children’s loneliness, we should pay more attention to family functioning.
