تاثیر برنامه طراحی شده مدیریت مراقبت پرستاری بر میزان رضایتمندی بیماران در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه جراحی قلب باز

مقدمه: مراقبت‌های پرستاری پس از عمل در بیماران جراحی قلب باز از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است و می تواند در میزان رضایتمندی بیماران موثر باشد. لذا، فقدان برنامه مدون مدیریت مراقبت پرستاری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه پس از اعمال جراحی قلب باز مهم است. هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر اجرای برنامه طراحی شده مدیریت مراقبت پرستاری بر رضایتمندی بیماران جراحی قلب باز در بخش ویژه انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، 53 بیمار در قالب گروه کنترل و آزمون به صورت تخصیص تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند. در گروه آزمون مراقبت‌های پرستاری به صورت مدیریت شده طراحی و به مدت 2/5 ماه اجرا شد، در گروه کنترل مراقبت‌های پرستاری بعد از عمل جراحی قلب باز به صورت روتین انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه رضایتمندی بیماران قبل و بعد از مداخله در هر دو گروه استفاده شد. آنالیز داده ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22  و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی آزمون آنالیز واریانس، تی مستقل، من ویتنی و کای اسکوئر انجام شد. یافته ها: در گروه آزمون اکثریت بیماران در همه ابعاد مراقبتی راضی بودند در حالی که در گروه کنترل، اکثر بیماران رضایت کم داشتند. نمره رضایت در گروه آزمون به (13/02±180/07) رسید که این رقم در گروه کنترل (11/54±117/60) بود که تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه مشاهده شد (0/05>p). نتیجه گیری: برنامه مدیریت مراقبت پرستاری منجر به افزایش رضایتمندی بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه جراحی قلب باز شد. پیشنهاد می‌گردد آموزش برنامه فوق در دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت پرستاران گنجانده شود.

effect of designed nursing care management program on patient satisfaction in open heart surgery intensive care unit

introduction: postoperative nursing care is critical in open heart surgery patients and can be effective in patient satisfaction. therefore, it is of utmost importance to have a codified nursing care management program in the intensive care unit (icu) after open heart surgery. objective: the aim of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the designed nursing care management program on patients’ satisfaction in open heart surgery icu. materials and methods: in this study, 53 patients were randomly assigned to two groups: control and experimental. in the experimental group, nursing care was designed as managed and performed for two and a half months. in the control group, nursing care was performed routinely after open heart surgery. to collect information, a patient satisfaction questionnaire was used before and after the intervention in both groups. data were analyzed in spss software (version 22) using descriptive and inferential statistics of analysis of variance, independent t-test, mann-whitney, and chi-square. results: in the experimental group, the majority of patients were satisfied with all aspects of care, while in the control group, most patients had low levels of satisfaction. satisfaction scores were obtained at 180.07±13.02 and 117.60±11.54 in experimental and control groups, respectively, demonstrating a significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05). conclusion: the nursing care management program led to an increase in the satisfaction of patients admitted to open heart surgery icu. it is suggested that the training of the above program be included in in-service training courses for nurses.
