بررسی تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر بازی اتاق فرار بر آمادگی دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری آجا در مواجهه با بیوتروریسم

مقدمه: آموزش کافی و موثر دانشجویان پرستاری در برابر حملات بیوتروریستی، از موضوعات مهمی که می‌تواند تاثیر بسزایی در آمادگی آنان در آینده به‌عنوان بزرگ‌ترین و مهم‌ترین گروه ارائه‌دهنده خدمات سلامت داشته باشد.هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر بازی اتاق فرار بر آمادگی دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری آجا در مواجهه با بیوتروریسم انجام شده است.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه مداخله‌ای و از نوع نیمه تجربی است که بر روی 61 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری آجا در سال 1399 انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان به روش در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت غیرتصادفی در دو گروه بازی اتاق فرار آموزشی و سخنرانی قرار گرفتند. تاثیر آموزش، بعد از انجام مداخله بررسی شد. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ی اندازه‌گیری میزان دانش، نگرش و چک لیست سنجش عملکرد در آمادگی مواجهه با بیوتروریسم بود که روایی و پایایی آن تائید شد. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22 با استفاده از آزمون‌های توصیفی و استنباطی با سطح معناداری کمتر از 005 تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: بین میزان دانش، نگرش و عملکرد دو گروه در زمینه آمادگی، قبل از مداخله تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (0/05‌p).بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه حاصل از این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد، دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری گروه آموزش مبتنی بر بازی اتاق فرار، به طور معنا‌داری آمادگی بالاتری نسبت به گروه سخنرانی داشته‌اند. در نتیجه از این روش نوین آموزشی می‌توان به منظور آمادگی بهتر و بیشتر دانشجویان پرستاری و پرستاران در مواجهه با بیوتروریسم استفاده نمود.

Evaluation of the Effect of Gaming Based Education Themed Escape Room on Preparedness of Aja Undergraduate Nursing Students in Dealing with Bioterrorism

Introduction: Effective training of nursing students against bioterrorist attacks is one of the essential issues with a significant impact on their preparedness as the largest and most important group of health care providers.Objective: The present study aimed to determine the effect of gamingbased educationthemed escape room on the readiness of Aja nursing students in the face of bioterrorism.Materials and Methods: This interventional and quasiexperimental study was performed on 61 Aja undergraduate nursing students in 2020 and 2021. Participants were selected by the convenience sampling method and nonrandomly divided into lecture and groups. The training was evaluated after the intervention. The instrument included a researchermade questionnaire including knowledge measurement, attitude and skill evaluation checklist with validity and reliability. Data were analyzed with SPSS 22 using descriptive and inferential tests. Pvalue less than 0.05 was significant.Results: Results show no significant difference between the knowledge, attitude, and skill in the preparedness of the two groups before the intervention (P<0.05). However, after the intervention, these variables in educational escape room game group were significantly higher than that in the lecture group (P<0.05).Discussion and Conclusion: Undergraduate nursing students in the gamingbased educationthemed escape room group were more prepared than the lecture group. As a result, this new educational method can better prepare nursing students and nurses against bioterrorism.
