دانستنی‌های ویروس کووید 19، از تشخیص تا پیشگیری و درمان: یک مرور روایتی

مقدمه: ویروس کرونا یا کووید 19 یک نوع سندرم تنفسی حاد با عامل ویروسی از خانواده کرونا ویروس ها می باشد که همه کشورهای جهان را در مدت زمان کوتاهی درگیر کرده است. با توجه به شیوع و میزان مرگ و میر بالای این بیماری و از سوی دیگر احتمال اوج مجدد کووید19 خصوصاً در فصل پاییز و نبود واکسن یا درمان اختصاصی، آشنایی و معرفی ویروس کووید19 اهمیت زیادی دارد.هدف: هدف از این مطالعه آشنایی با ویروس کووید19 از جنبه تشخیص، پیشگیری و درمان است.مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش مرور روایتی از جستجو در موتور جستجو نظیر google scholar،google و پایگاه های اطلاعاتی pubmed، science direct و سایت های cdc و who در سال 2019 و 2020 که مرتبط با هدف مطالعه و به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی بودند استفاده شد.یافته ها: با استفاده از به روزترین داده ها به آشنایی با ویروس کووید19، همه گیری شناسی بیماری، ساختار، منبع ویروس، علائم بیماری و راه های انتقال، ﻃﯿﻒ ﺷﺪت ﺑﯿﻤﺎری، تشخیص، برنامه های درمانی، پیشگیری و کنترل بیماری پرداخته شده است. تشخیص این ویروس علاوه بر علائم بالینی، متکی به یافته های آزمایشگاهی و رادیولوژیکی است. هیچ درمان اختصاصی دارویی برای کووید19 تا 30 ژوئن 2020 معرفی نشده است؛ بنابراین بهترین راه در شرایط حاضر پیشگیری از بیماری می باشد.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به افزایش لحظه ای مبتلایان به کووید19 و مرگ و میر بالای ناشی از آن، نبود واکسن و درمان دارویی قطعی پیشنهاد می شود پیشگیری با استفاده از افزایش آگاهی جامعه در جهت بکارگیری اصول صحیح بهداشتی، رعایت فاصله اجتماعی و نظارت دقیق بر اجرای صحیح آن‌ها انجام گیرد. تدوین و اجرای فوری برنامه های جامع و زیربنایی جهت پیشگیری و مدیریت شیوع مجدد کووید19 در فصل پاییز ضرورتی انکار ناپذیر است.
