مقایسه‌ی تاثیر آموزش از طریق برگزاری کارگاه و آموزش از طریق ارائه محتوای آموزشی غیرحضوری بر میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران در زمینه تزریقات ایمن در بخش‌های اورژانس بیمارستان‌های منتخب آجا

مقدمه: تزریق ایمن به عنوان بخشی از مراقبت با کیفیت و امن، یکی از روش‌های رایج در تجویز داروها می‌باشد که در صورت عدم رعایت استانداردهای ایمنی، خطرات زیادی را متوجه گیرندگان و ارائه دهندگان خدمت می‌نماید.هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه‌ی اثر آموزش از طریق برگزاری کارگاه و آموزش از طریق ارائه محتوای آموزشی غیرحضوری بر میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران اورژانس بیمارستان‌های منتخب آجا در مورد تزریقات ایمن انجام شده است.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی پیش پس آزمون در سال 98-1399 بر روی 46 پرستار شاغل در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های منتخب آجا واقع در تهران انجام شد. نمونه‌ها به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کارگاه و آموزش غیر حضوری قرار گرفتند. تاثیر آموزش به این دو روش، قبل، بعد و یک ماه بعد از انجام مداخله بررسی شد. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه آگاهی، نگرش و چک لیست مشاهده‌ای عملکرد، محقق ساخته بود. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 23 با استفاده از آزمون‌های توصیفی و استنباطی در سطح معناداری کمتر از 0/05 تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: بین میزان آگاهی و نگرش دو گروه، قبل از انجام مداخله و بعد از آن، تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (0/05<‌p). بین میزان عملکرد دو گروه، قبل از انجام مداخله تفاوت معناداری دیده نشد (0/05<‌p) ولی پس از مداخله، نمره عملکرد در گروه آموزش کارگاهی به طور معنادار کمتر از نمره گروه دیگر بود (0/05‌>p). بین عملکرد دو گروه، یک ماه بعد از مداخله نیز تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (0/05‌

Comparison of the Impact of Training Through Workshop and Training Through online learning on Knowledge, Attitude and Performance of Emergency Nurses of Selected Hospitals of Aja about Safe Injections

Introduction: Safe injection as a part of the quality and safe care, is one of the common methods of prescribing drugs. If safety standards are not observed, recipients and service providers may face many risks..Objective: The present study aims to compare the effect of training through a workshop and training through an online learning content on the knowledge, attitude and practice of emergency ward nurses in selected AJA hospitals regarding safe injections.Materials and Methods: This quasiexperimental study was performed on 46 nurses in the emergency ward of selected hospitals in Aja, Tehran in 20192020. Eligible participants were randomly divided into two training groups through the workshop and virtual training. The effect of training on nurses rsquo; knowledge, attitude, and practice about safe injection before, after, and one month after the intervention was investigated. Awareness, Knowledge and attitude questionnaires and observational performance checklists were used for this purpose. Data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential tests in SPSS 23 and the significance level was considered less than 0.05.Results: There was no significant difference between the knowledge and attitude of the two groups before and after the intervention (P>0.05). Furthermore, there was no significant difference between the performance of the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05), but after the intervention, the performance score in the workshop training group was significantly lower than that of the other group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the performances of the two groups one month after the intervention (P>0.05).Discussion and Conclusion: The results of present study showed that the nurses who participated in the training group had a higher performance than the those trained by online learning educational content. Therefore, this method can be used to improve the performance of nurses and ultimately improve the quality of their performance in providing care services.
