تبیین افزایش آستانه تحمل در جهت حل تعارضات زناشویی با نقش تعدیل‌گری آموزه‌های دینی (مطالعه موردی در یک یگان نظامی)

مقدمه: خانواده با پیمان ازدواج پایه گذاری می شود. سلامت و اقتدار عاطفی و منطقی خانواده نیز در گرو برخورداری اعضاء از بصیرت و نیز آگاهی های لازم برای پیش گیری از کجروی ها است.هدف: این مطالعه به منظور تعیین تاثیر افزایش آستانه تحمل در جهت حل تعارضات زناشویی با نقش تعدیل گری آموزه های دینی انجام یافت.مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر در حیطه پژوهش آمیخته (کیفیکمی) بود که با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی در سال 1398 انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از کارکنان یکی از یگان های نظامی بود. بدین منظور 32 شرکت‌کننده به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. لذا، داده‌ها جمع‌آوری، ثبت و سپس کدگذاری انجام شد و در قالب کدهای محوری مقوله‌بندی شدند. در ادامه نتایج پژوهش بخش کیفی در شکل ارائه فرضیات منعکس و در نرم‌افزار smart pls، روایی، پایایی، سنجش مدل درونی و بیرونی در جامعه کمی مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: طی مصاحبه با خبرگان، کد محوری افزایش آستانه تحمل 5 مقوله، تعارضات زناشویی 5 مقوله و آموزه های دینی 2 مقوله را به خود اختصاص دادند. نتایج آزمون مسیر نیز نشان داد، آستانه تحمل با ضریب مسیر 0/631، بر تعارضات زناشویی بین زوجین تاثیرگذار و همچنین استفاده از آموزه های دینی با ضریب مسیر 0/836، ارتباط بین آستانه تحمل و تعارضات زناشویی را تعدیل می نماید.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: طی جلسه کانونی، خبرگان طی اتفاق نظر اذعان داشتند که عدم نتیجه گیری سریع برای مشکلات، مهارت ابراز محبت و توجه به علایق، نیازها و خواسته های همسر از نکات مهم در حل تعارضات است، ضمن این که آموزه های دینی در تاثیر افزایش آستانه تحمل در جهت حل تعارضات زناشویی به صورت چشمگیری تاثیرگذار است.

Explaining the Increasing Tolerance Threshold for Resolving Marital Conflicts with the Moderating Role of Religious Teachings(Case Study in a Military Unit)

Introduction: Family is established by the marriage contract. The emotional and rational health as well as the authority of the family depend on the members benefiting from insight and knowledge necessary to prevent deviations.Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of increasing the tolerance threshold in solving marital conflicts with the moderating role of religious teachings.Materials and Methods: The present study included a combination of qualitative and quantitative studies and performed using the phenomenological method in 2019. The statistical population of the study consisted of personnel in one of the military units. For this purpose, 32 participants were studied through targeted sampling and indepth interviews. Data were collected, recorded,coded and categorized bythe format of axial codes. Then, the results of the qualitative part of the study were presented in the form of reflected assumptions, further,the evaluation of validity, reliability, internal and external model in quantitative society were tested by Smart pls software,Results: During the interview with the experts, the core code dedicated to the 5item tolerance, 5item marital conflicts and 2item religious teachings. The results of path testing showed that the tolerance threshold with a path coefficient of 0.631affects the marital conflicts between the couples and the use of religious teachings with a path coefficient of 0.836, moderates the relationship between the threshold of tolerance and marital conflicts.Discussion and Conclusion: In the focal session, experts concurred that failing to conclude problems promptly, the ability to express love and paying attention to spousechr('39')s interests, needs and wants are the main points in settling the conflicts, so that religious teachings have a significant effect on increasing the tolerance threshold for settling marital conflicts.
