بررسی تاثیر اوریکولوتراپی بر میزان استرس بیماران کاندید آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر در بیمارستان منتخب آجا

مقدمه: آنژیوگرافی اگر چه به عنوان یک روش استاندارد و طلایی برای تشخیص بیماری عروق کرونر به کار می‌رود، ولی برای بسیاری از بیماران، یک تجربه پرتنش و دلهره آور است. درمان‌های دارویی برای کاهش استرس قبل از عمل، با عوارض خاصی همراه است.هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر اوریکولوتراپی بر میزان استرس بیماران مرد قبل از آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر در بیمارستان منتخب آجا انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی یک سوکور بر روی 94 بیمار مرد کاندید آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر در سال 1398 انجام شد. بیماران به روش در دسترس انتخاب و با روش تخصیص تصادفی ساده به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تخصیص یافتند. پرسش نامه استرس اضطراب افسردگی 21 dassدو ساعت قبل از آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر توسط بیماران در هر دو گروه تکمیل شد. مداخله اوریکولوتراپی توسط پژوهشگر 60 دقیقه قبل از انجام آنژیوگرافی صورت گرفت. 10 دقیقه بعد از انجام مداخله، مجدداً میزان استرس هر دو گروه اندازه‌گیری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 21 استفاده شد و سطح معنی‌داری، کمتر از 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد. (p<0.001).یافته‌ها: میزان استرس دو گروه آزمون و کنترل در مرحله قبل از مداخله تفاوت معناداری نداشت (0/197=p). میزان استرس بیماران در گروه آزمون پس از اوریکولوتراپی (0/37 ± 2/98) نسبت به قبل از آن (0/44 ± 4/14) به صورت معنی‌داری کمتر بود (0/001< p)؛ در حالی که در گروه کنترل قبل از مداخله (0/40 ± 3/32) نسبت به پس از آن (0/40 ±3/15) تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (0/373= p).بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: اوریکولوتراپی به عنوان یک روش مکمل، منجر به کاهش استرس در بیماران کاندید آنژیوگرافی می‌شود. انجام مطالعات بیشتر با حجم نمونه بالاتر در این خصوص توصیه می‌گردد.

The Effect of Auriculotherapy on the Stress in Patients Candidate for Coronary Angiography in Selected Aja Hospital

Introduction: Although angiography is applied as a standard method for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, it is a stressful experience for patients. Medication therapy for mitigating the preoperation stress includes side effects.Objective: The present study aimed to determine the effect of auriculotherapy on the level of stress before coronary angiography in male patients hospitalized in the selected Aja hospital in Tehran.Materials and Methods: This singleblinded clinical trial study was performed on 94 male patients undergoing coronary angiography in 2019. Patients were selected by convenience sampling and divided into intervention and control groups by random sampling method The DASS_21 Stress, Anxiety and Depression questionnaire were used to measure stress. The DASS21 questionnaire subscale was completed by patients in both intervention and control groups. Auriculotherapy was performed by the researcher 60 minutes before angiography. Stress levels were measured again in both groups ten minutes after the intervention, In the present study, SPSS21 was used for data analysis, and the Significance level was considered less than 0.05. (P<0.05).Results: There was no significant difference between groups before and after the intervention (P= 0.197). Patientschr('39') stress after auriculotherapy in the intervention group (2.98 ± 0.37) was significantly lower than that before auriculotherapy (4.17 ± 0.44) (P = 0.001); Stress was not significantly different in the control group (3.32 ± 0.40) before and after the intervention (3.0 ± 15.40) (P= 0.373). But the level of stress in the intervention group after auriculotherapy was insignificantly reduced compared to the control group (P= 0/790).Discussion and Conclusion: The results showed that auriculotherapy can mitigate stress in patients undergoing angiography; therefore, this complementary method can be used to mitigate stress in these patients.
