مقایسه‌ی تاثیر آموزش به روش بازی و سخنرانی بر میزان یادگیری و یادآوری داروهای ترالی احیا در پرستاران بیمارستان‌های منتخب نظامی

مقدمه: تسلط پرستار بر داروهای ترالی و کاربرد مشخص هر کدام از آن ها فاکتور حیاتی در موفقیت احیای بیماران می باشد.هدف: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی مقایسه ای تاثیر آموزش به روش بازی و سخنرانی بر میزان یادگیری و یادآوری پرستاران از داروهای ترالی اورژانس بیمارستان های منتخب نظامی می باشد.مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه نیمه ‌تجربی حاضر در سال 1397 در دو بیمارستان منتخب نیروهای مسلح انجام گرفت. حجم نمونه شامل 32 نفر گروه بازی و 32 نفر گروه سخنرانی بود. ابزار مورد استفاده در این تحقیق پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته ای شامل 30 سوال تعین میزان آگاهی پرستاران از طبقه اول داروهای ترالی بود؛ که ابتدا برای هر دو گروه پیش‌آزمون به عمل آمد. آموزش گروه سخنرانی طی دو جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای با فاصله یک هفته از هم به صورت نظری تدوین شد. شرکت‌کنندگان در گروه بازی، به گروه‌های 4 نفره تقسیم شدند و آموزش در قالب بازی طراحی شده طی دو جلسه 45 دقیقه ای با فاصله دو هفته اجرا شد. بلافاصله و یک ماه پس از مداخله پس‌آزمون برای هردو گروه به عمل آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری فیشر، تی‌ زوجی و تی مستقل و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 20 انجام شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که روش‌های بازی و سخنرانی بعد از مداخله با سطح معناداری p<0/05 بر یادگیری و یادآوری پرستاران از داروهایی ترالی اورژانس موثر است. نتایج آماری یک‌ ماه پس از مداخله نشان داد که هر دو روش موردنظر بر یادگیری و یادآوری پرستاران موثر است و بیشترین تاثیر را روش بازی بر پرستاران گذاشته است.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تاثیر مثبت آموزش از طریق بازی، پرستاران باید با روش های نوین آموزشی آشنا شده و هم با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های جذاب‌تر و کاربردی‌تر جهت بهبود کیفیت یادگیری و یادآوری آموزه‌های قدم بردارند.

A Comparative Study on the Effect of Game and Speech Training on Nurses' Learning and Reminder of Emergency Trailer Drugs in Selected Military Hospitals

Introduction: Nurse's dominance on tracheal drugs and the specific application of each of them is a vital factor in the success of patients' recovery. The inadequate knowledge of the nurse undoubtedly leads to the risk of losing the opportunity to save patients.Objective: Therefore, the purpose of this study was to compare the effect of educational instruction and lecture on the amount of nurses' learning and reminders of emergency trauma drugs in selected military hospitals.Materials and Methods: This semiexperimental study was conducted in 1397 in two hospitals selected by the Armed Forces. The sampling method was available and the sample size consisted of 32 participants in the group and 32 lecture groups. First tested for both groups. The lecture course was designed in a theoretical way during a twopart 45minute session with a oneweek interval. Participants in the group were divided into groups of 4. And training in the form of a game designed through two 45minute sessions with a twoweek interval. Immediately and one month after the intervention, a posttest was performed for both groups. Data analysis was done using Fisher, ttest and Paired ttest using SPSS 20 software.Results: The results showed that play and lecture methods after intervention with a significant level of P (P<0.05) were effective on the learning and reminding of nurses from emergency trauma drugs. Also, the statistical results one month after intervention indicated that both methods were effective on nurses' learning and reminder, and the nurses had the most impact on the method of play.Discussion and Conclusion: Considering the positive impact of learning through the game, nurses should be familiar with modern educational methods both within their job responsibilities and by using more attractive and practical methods to improve the quality of learning and to recall their teachings.
