رابطه خلاقیت و هوش اجتماعی در دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های علامه طباطبایی و شهید بهشتی

مقدمه: یکی از عوامل تاثیر گزار بر دانشجویان و پیشرفت آن‌ها عامل هوش است. در این رهگذر توجه به ماهیت هوش خصوصاً هوش اجتماعی، چگونگی تبلور رفتار خردمندانه، روش‌های ارزیابی، سنجش هوش و تفاوت‌های بین فردی و درون فردی از دیرباز مورد توجه همگان بوده، از آغاز قرن 20 مطالعات مربوط به ماهیت هوش و ظرفیت هوشی کودکان و نوجوانان و بزرگسالان و بهره‌گیری از ابزارهای گوناگون برای ارزیابی میزان هوش افراد در کشورهای مختلف مورد توجه خاص قرار گرفته است.هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر، تعیین رابطه بین خلاقیت و هوش اجتماعی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی و شهید بهشتی بوده است.مواد و روش‌ها: جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه ی دانشجویان دانشکده روان شناسی و علوم تربیتی دو دانشگاه مورد مطالعه است که به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای 300 نفر، بر اساس جدول مورگان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزارهای اندازه گیری به کار گرفته شده در این تحقیق، پرسشنامه ی استاندارد خلاقیت رندسیپ و پرسشنامه ی استاندارد هوش اجتماعی کری است. منظور تحلیل داده ها، از آزمون های تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس، همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی چندگانه استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از آن است که بین مولفه‌های خلاقیت و هوش اجتماعی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد و نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داده که بین میانگین خلاقیت دانشجویان به تفکیک مقطع تحصیلی تفاوت وجود دارد همچنین از بین مولفه‌های هوش اجتماعی مولفه‌های پردازش اطلاعات اجتماعی، مهارت های اجتماعی و آگاهی های اجتماعی، خلاقیت را به طور معناداری پیش بینی می کنند.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه با یافته های این پژوهش می توان به این نتیجه رسید که مولفه‌های هوش اجتماعی نقش مهمی در ایجاد و تحریک خلاقیت در دانشجویان دارند. همچنین به نظر می رسد که دانشگاه با ایجاد بستری مناسب در جهت بهبود انگیزش و روحیه نشاط علمی در دانشجویان نقش مهمی را می تواند در آینده علمی و البته حرفه ای آنان ایفا کند.

The Relationship between Creativity and Social Intelligence in Students at Allameh Tabatabai and Shahid Beheshti Universities

Introduction: One of the factors affecting students and their progress is intelligence. In this regard, the attention to the nature of intelligence, especially social intelligence, how to crystallize wise behaviors, assessment methods, measurements of intelligence and interpersonal and interpersonal differences have long been of interest to everybody. Since the beginning of the 20th century, studies on the nature of intelligence and intelligence in children and adolescents and adults, and using various tools to evaluate the level of intelligence in different countries.Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between creativity and social intelligence among students of Allameh Tabatabai University and Shahid Beheshti University.Material and Methods: The statistical population of this study was all students of the faculty of psychology and education of the two universities studied, which were selected by random sampling of 300 people based on Morgan's table. The measurement tools used in this research are the standard Randsip's Creativity Questionnaire and the Kerry's Social Inventory Standard Questionnaire. Data analysis was done using independent ttest, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression.Results: The results show that there is no significant difference between the components of creativity and social intelligence and the results of analysis of variance showed that there is a difference between the average creativity of students according to the educational level and also the components of social intelligence components of social information processing, Social skills and social awareness significantly predict creativity.Discussion and Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the components of social intelligence play an important role in creating and stimulating creativity in students. It also seems that the university can play an important role in the future in science and, of course, in their professional career by creating an appropriate setting for improving the motivation and academic spirit of students.
