تحلیل رهبری نظامی پیامبر (ص) بر اساس هنر جنگ سون تزو

استراتژی‌ (راهبرد) و تاکتیک‌ (فنون) به همراه مدیریت و رهبری شامل برنامه‌ریزی و هدایت جنگ، سازمان و سازمان‌دهی، جنگ روانی و دیپلماسی جنگ در حیطه‌ی هنر جنگ قرار می‌گیرند. نخستین کسی که به بحث در باب هنر جنگ پرداخت سون تزو متفکر چینی سده ششم پیش از میلاد بود. در این پژوهش بر آنیم تا ضمن بررسی نظرات وی در این باب به تحلیل عملکرد نظامی رسول خدا (ص) بر اساس آن بپرداریم. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بیان جایگاه و بینش نظامی عمیق آن حضرت به‌مثابه یک فرمانده موفق است که بدون آنکه در آموزشگاه‌های نظامی آموزش‌دیده و یا از نظریات اندیشمندان نظامی و آثار آنان بهره‌مند گشته باشد، به مقوله هنر جنگ عنایت کافی داشته است. سوال پژوهش این است که عملکرد رسول خدا (ص) در عرصه جنگ تا چه میزان با اندیشه‌های سون تزو در باب هنر جنگ همخوانی دارد. نتیجه تحقیق که به روش تاریخی و تحلیلی و بر اساس داده‌های منابع کهن تاریخی و بررسی کتاب هنر جنگ سون تزو صورت گرفته، نشان می‌دهد که عملکرد موفقیت‌آمیز آن حضرت در جنگ‌ها مرهون اجرای موفقیت‌آمیز اصول و مبانی هنر جنگ بوده و تشابه فراوانی با نظرات این اندیشمند برجسته نظامی دارد.

an analysis of the military leadership of the prophet (saw) based on sun tzu's the art of war

strategy, tactic, management, and leadership together with war planning and direction, organization, psychological warfare, and war diplomacy encompass the art of war. sun tzu, a chinese thinker of the 6th century bc, was the first person to discuss the art of war. this research aimed to analyze his opinions on this topic and evaluate the military performance of the messenger of god (saw) based on his theory. additionally, the present research tried to elucidate the strategic military of the prophet (saw) as a successful commander, stating that his proficiency was not acquired through formal military training or the teachings of renowned thinkers. the research question concerns identifying the extent to which the prophet's performance in the war fields was consistent with sun tzu's thoughts on the art of war. this research, conducted using a historical and analytical approach and relying on data from ancient historical sources and an analysis of sun tzu's book entitled the art of war, reveals that successful military strategies of the prophet (saw) can be attributed to the practical application of the principles and fundamentals of the art of war. there are numerous parallels between his strategy and the ideas of this renowned strategist.
