تاثیر هیئت اتحاد اسلام بر تحولات سیاسی، فکری و نظامی جنبش جنگل

یکی از مهم ترین پایه های فکری و سیاسی جنبش جنگل، ایدئولوژی اتحاد اسلام بود. جنگلی ها تلاش داشتند تا از حمایت عثمانی جهت کاستن فشار روسیه و انگلستان بهره برداری کنند؛ اما بعدها در عرصۀ عمل، کوچک خان اثبات نمود که حاضر به فروگذاردن منافع ملی ایران به نفع ایدئولوژی عثمانی ها نبوده است. با توجه به این موضوع، این پرسش مطرح می‌شود که هیئت اتحاد اسلام، با چه انگیزه ها و اهدافی با جنبش جنگل در گیلان همگام شد و دستاوردهای جنگلی‌ها و اتحاد اسلام از این همکاری چه بود؟ یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد، شکست های سیاسی و فکری مشروطه خواهان آرمان گرا و ضد بیگانه از یک سو و تسلط روز افزون روسیه و انگلستان از سوی دیگر، موجب شد تا با حمایت روشنفکران متمایل به آلمان و عثمانی و با استفاده از ایدئولوژی اتحاد اسلام، جنگلی ها در گیلان از پشتوانه های اقتصادی، فکری و نظامی این گروه بهره‌مند شوند. با وجود پیوند جنگلی ها با ایدئولوژی اتحاد اسلام، کوچک خان اساس سیاست های خود را بر پایۀ استقلال ایران قرار داد؛ لیکن همکاری جنگلی ها با اتحاد اسلام را می‌توان تاکتیکی سیاسی از سوی آنها دانست. روش پژوهش در مقالۀ حاضر با تکیه بر رویکرد تاریخی، اسنادی و به شیوۀ مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است.

The Impact of the Unity of Islam Committee on the Political, Intellectual, and Military Developments of the Jangal Movement

One of the most important intellectual and political foundations of the Jangal Movement of Guilan was the ideology of the Unity of Islam. The Jangalis tried to employ Ottoman’s support to downsize the pressure exerted by Russia and Britain. However, later in practice Kuchakkhan proved that he was not willing to ignore Iran’s national interests to the benefit of the ideology of Ottomans. That said, the questions that arise are what motivations and aims were behind the alignment of the Unity of Islam Committee with the Jangal Movement, and what achievements this cooperation resulted in. The findings of this descriptiveanalytical study, that takes a historical approach, show that the political and intellectual defeats of idealist and antialien constitutionalists on the one hand and the evergrowing dominance of Russia and Britain on the other hand brought about the Jangal Movement’s enjoyment of economic, intellectual, and military supports of the Unity of Islam Committee with the support of German and Ottomanleaning intellectuals and by the use of the ideology of the Unity of Islam. Despite the union between the Jangalis and the ideology of the Unity of Islam, Kuchakkhan founded his policies on the basis of Iran’s independence. Yet, the cooperation of the members of this movement with the Unity of Islam Committee can be considered a political tactic adopted by them.
