رشد هویت حرفه‌ای دبیران تربیت بدنی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رشد هویت حرفه‌ای دبیران تربیت بدنی با رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری بود.روش‌ها: این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و داده ها به صورت کیفی از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه‌های عمقی با 23 تن از خبرگان و متخصصان تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش گردآوری و کدگذاری شد. سپس مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های رشد هویت حرفه‌ای دبیران تربیت بدنی با بهره‌گیری از روش دلفی شناسایی شد. در نهایت، مولفه‌ها در فرم خودتعاملی ساختاری درج گردید و برای مقایسه زوجی و تعیین تاثیرات متقابل به صورت پرسشنامه در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت و پس از تکمیل آن، برای ساختاردهی مولفه‌ها از تکنیک ism استفاده شد.یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد در الگوی رشد هویت حرفه‌ای، 15 مولفه و 53 شاخص در ابعاد فردی، حرفه‌ای، زمینه‌ای، اجتماعی فرهنگی و رفاهی و اقتصادی وجود دارد. مولفه‌ها در شش سطح ساختاردهی شدند. مولفه‌های وظیفه مداری و تعهد حرفه‌ای در سطح اول و مولفه‌های جهت‌گیری تخصصی، ویژگی جسمانی و روانی و دانش حرفه‌ای در سطح ششم مدل ساختاری تفسیری پژوهش قرار گرفتند.نتیجه گیری: دستیابی به مولفه‌های ذکرشده، تفکر تیمی، ابتکار و نوآوری، تخصص در آموزش رشته‌های مختلف ورزشی، مشارکت در جریان توسعه سواد حرکتی، تغییرگرایی و هوش و استعداد، دستیابی شکل‌گیری و یا تقویت دیگر مولفه‌های رشد هویت حرفه‌ای دبیران تربیت بدنی را تسهیل خواهد نمود.

development of professional identity in physical education teachers

purpose: the purpose of this research was to investigate the development of professional identity in physical education teachers using an interpretative structural approach.methods: this study is practical in nature, with data collected and qualitatively coded through library research and in depth interviews with 23 experts. the components and indicators of professional identity development in physical education teachers were identified using the delphi method. these components were then organized into a structural self interaction form and presented to experts as a questionnaire for pair wise comparison and interaction determination. the ism technique was used to structure the components.results: the results revealed a model consisting of 15 components and 53 indicators across individual, professional, contextual, socio cultural, welfare, and economic dimensions, organized into six levels. components such as professional orientation, physical psychological and professional knowledge were situated at the lowest level, while task orientation and professional commitment were at the first level of the interpretive structural model.conclusion: it was found that physical education teachers have ability to create effective learning opportunities, promote teamwork, demonstrate initiative and innovation, specialize in teaching various sports, contribute to the development of motor literacy, adapt to change, and exhibit intelligence and talent, all essential components of professional identity. attaining these foundational components will facilitate the development and strengthening of other aspects of professional identity in physical education teachers.
