آسیب ‌های رفتارهای ضد شهروندی سازمانی بر هیئت‌های ورزشی بر اساس سندروم سیب لکه دار

هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی آسیب‌های رفتارهای ضدشهروندی سازمانی بر هیئت‌های ورزشی بر اساس سندروم سیب لکه‌دار بود. ﺟﺎمعه آﻣﺎری ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ شامل تمامی اعضای هیئت‌های ورزشی استان لرستان بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد 384 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه تحقیق به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه‌ محقق ساخته‌ای بود که روایی صوری و محتوای آن ضمن بررسی دقیق متون و ادبیات تحقیق، با نظرخواهی از اساتید و متخصصین (11 نفر) تایید شد. علاوه بر این سایر شاخص‌های همسانی درونی از قبیل پایایی مرکب، متوسط واریانس استخراجی، حداکثر واریانس مشترک و متوسط واریانس مشترک مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفت. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها علاوه بر روش‌های آمار توصیفی، از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه دوم استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد مهمترین آسیب‌های رفتارهای ضدشهروندی سازمانی افراد به هیئت‌های ورزشی به ترتیب شامل تعارض غیرکارکردی (0.90)، استرس منفی (0.86)، عدم تعهد هنجاری (0.84)، هم‌شکلی نهادینه (0.80)، عدم انگیزش (0.76) و آسیب به ارتباطات سازمانی (0.06 ) می باشند. نتیجه گیری: در مجموع می توان اذهان نمود که بیش تر هیئت های مذهبی ورزشی استراتژی مشخص و موثری برای مدیریت سندروم سیب لکه دار ندارند.

injuries of organizational anti-citizenship behaviors on sports boards based on bad apple syndrome

purpose: the purpose of this study was to investigate the harms of organizational anti citizenship behaviors on sports teams based on the bad apple syndrome.methods: the statistical population of the study included all members of the sports boards in lorestan province. using cochran’s formula, a sample of 384 people was selected through random sampling. the research instrument used was a researcher made questionnaire. the formal validity and content of the study were confirmed by surveying professors and experts (11 people), who carefully examined the literature. additionally, other internal consistency indicators such as composite reliability (cr), average variance extracted (ave), maximum shared variance (msv), and average shared variance (asv) were reviewed and confirmed. descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (pearson correlation coefficient, exploratory factor analysis, and second order confirmatory factor analysis) were used to analyze the data.results: the results showed that the most important injuries caused by organizational anti citizenship behaviors on sports boards included non conventional conflict (0.90), distress (0.86), non normative commitment (0.84), institutional isomorphism (0.80), lack of motivation (0.76), and damage to organizational communication ( 0.06).conclusion: overall, it can be concluded that most sports boards do not have a clear and effective strategy for managing the bad apple syndrome.
