اثر کانون توجه بر مهارت تیراندازان مبتدی و ماهر مرکز آموزشی مالک اشتر اراک

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر استفاده از کانون توجه بیرونی و درونی بر اجرای افراد مبتدی و ماهر در کارکنان مرکز آموزشی مالک اشتر اراک انجام شد.روش شناسی: پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با هدف کابردی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارکنان مرکز آموزشی مالک اشتر اراک بودند. از بین آن‌ها نمونه آماری، شامل 30 نفر به صورت در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب و با توجه به سابقه تیراندازی در دو گروه 15 نفری گروه ماهر و مبتدی قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شبیه‌ساز تیراندازی و برگه ثبت امتیاز بود. برای آزمون فرضیه، از آزمون تحلیل واریانس آمیخته، آزمون بنفرونی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 24 spss در سطح معنی‌داری 0.05 استفاده ‌شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس مختلط نشان داد که اثر اصلی گروه‌های آزمایش معنادار، اثر اصلی شرایط توجه نیز معنادار ولی تعامل گروه با شرایط توجه معنادار نمی باشد. دقت تیراندازی افراد مبتدی (p<0.001) و ماهر (p<0.001) در شرایط توجه بیرونی به طور معنی‌داری بهتر از توجه درونی بود.نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد در کارکنان مرکز آموزشی مالک اشتر ارائه دستورالعمل و راهنمایی‌ها به عناصری خارج از بدن و نحوه حرکات آن حین اجرای مهارت تیراندازی احتمالا فواید بیشتری به همراه خواهد داشت.

the effects of focus of attention on shooting skill of novice and elite shooters in malek ashtar arak educational center

purpose: the aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of external and internal attention on the shooting skills of novice and elite shooters among the staff of malek ashtar educational center in arak.methods: the research was quasi-experimental with an applied purpose. the statistical population of the study included all soldiers at the malek ashtar educational center. the statistical sample consisted of 30 individuals selected through convenience sampling. participants were divided into two groups: 15 skilled shooters and 15 novice shooters. the tools used in the present study were a shooting simulator and a scorecard. to test the hypothesis, mixed-design anova was administered using spss 26 software at a significance level of 0.05.results: the results showed that the main effects of the experimental groups and the attention conditions were significant. however, the interaction between the group and attention conditions was not significant. the shooting accuracy of novice and elite shooters in the external attention condition was significantly better than in the internal attention condition (p<0.001).conclusion: it appears that the staff of malek ashtar educational center would likely benefit more from providing instructions and guidance focused on elements outside the body and its movements while performing shooting skills.
