تحلیل محتوای برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی مصوب سال 1396

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل محتوای برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی پیوسته کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی مصوب سال 1396 براساس توانمندی های مندرج در متن برنامه آموزشی بود.روشها: پژوهش حاضر به روش تحلیل محتوای کمّی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه دروس پایه، اختصاصی اجباری، اختیاری و کارآموزی های مندرج در برنامه درسی رشته کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی مصوب سال  1396 تشکیل می داد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها سیاهه وارسی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از طریق کدگذاری و آمار توصیفی شامل فراوانی و میزان مطابقت انجام شد.نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد که درس های سرفصل کارشناسی کمترین انطباق را با مولفه های پژوهش و نگارش مقالات علمی، تفکر انتقادی و مهارت های ارتباطی دارند و بیشترین تطابق را با مولفه های ارتباطات و آموزش مربوط به توانمندی های اختصاصی داشتند و مولفه های پژوهش، فناوری، ارزیابی علم و مشاوره تنها در دروس مرجع انعکاس نسبتاً خوبی داشتند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد مهارت های پژوهشی کتابداران پزشکی، مورد بی توجهی قرارگرفته است .دروس پایه و دروس مرجع کمترین تطابق را با مهارت های عملی مورد انتظار داشتند. مولفه های جستجوی اطلاعات و سازماندهی، تطابق نسبتاً خوبی با دروس مورد تحلیل داشتند.نتیجه گیری: یافته های مطالعه حاضر حاکی از آن است که توانمندیها و به ویژه مهارت های مورد انتظار در درس های سرفصل مقطع کارشناسی رشته کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی به خوبی انعکاس نیافته اند. بر این اساس، بازنگری در آموزش این رشته در ایران و گنجاندن واحدهای نظری و عملی در سرفصل های رشته که به آموزش مهارت های تخصصی کتابدار پزشکی و بالینی بپردازد، ضروری است

content analysis of undergraduate curriculum of medical library & information science major approved in 2016

introduction: this study aimed to analyze the content of the undergraduate curriculum of the medical library and information science curriculum approved in 2017 based on the competencies included in it.methods: this study used a quantitative content analysis. the statistical population of this study consisted of all basic, compulsory, optional, and internship courses included in the curriculum. a checklist was used as the data collection tool. data analysis was performed using coding and descriptive statistics, including frequencies and percentages.results: the findings showed that undergraduate courses had the least correspondence with the components of research and writing scientific articles, critical thinking, and communication skills, and the most correspondence with the communication and education components. the components of research, technology, science evaluation, and counseling were relatively well-reflected only in the reference courses. the results also showed that the research skills of medical librarians were neglected in the curriculum. basic and reference courses had the least correspondence with expected practical skills. the components of information search and organization had relatively good correspondence with the courses analyzed.discussion: the findings indicate that the expected capabilities, especially practical skills, are not well reflected in the undergraduate curricula of medical library and information science. accordingly, it is necessary to review this curriculum in iran and include theoretical and practical units so that it contains the specialized skills of clinical librarians.
