عوامل موثر بر پذیرش رایانش ابری در بیمارستان: مطالعه ای مبتنی بر نظریه یکپارچه پذیرش و استفاده از تکنولوژی

هدف سازمان‌های مراقبت بهداشتی برای کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش بهره‌وری از فناوری‌های نوینی مانند رایانش ابری استفاده می‌کنند. چون پذیرش یک فناوری توسط کاربران نقش اساسی در موفقیت آن دارد، در این مطالعه عوامل موثر بر پذیرش این فناوری از سوی کارکنان بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی هرمزگان بررسی شده است. روش ها این مطالعه توصیفی‌تحلیلی با طراحی مقطعی در سال 1400 انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان 284 نفر از کارکنان 3 بیمارستان آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی هرمزگان بودند که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرد‌آوری این مطالعه پرسش‌نامه استاندارد تئوری واحد پذیرش و استفاده از فناوری بود که روایی این ابزار توسط خبرگان و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ (0/88) تایید شد. با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 24، علاوه بر آمار توصیفی (‌شاخص‌های مرکزی و پراکندگی) تحلیل‌های آماری (‌تی‌مستقل، آنووا و پیرسون) نیز انجام شد. همچنین برای مشخص شدن تاثیر بار عاملی هر کدام از متغیر‌ها از نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شد.یافته ها سابقه استفاده از فناوری رایانش ابری در قصد استفاده و استفاده در عمل از این فناوری تاثیر معناداری داشته است (0/001>p). همچنین رابطه بین عوامل اجتماعی، شرایط تسهیل‌کننده، قصد رفتاری و رفتار استفاده ‌با قصد استفاده و استفاده در عمل از فناوری رایانش ابری تایید شد که تاثیر آن‌ها روی قصد استفاده بیشتر بوده است.نتیجه گیری آگاهی و دانش فردی، شرایط سازمانی مناسب و زیر‌ساخت‌های لازم عوامل کلیدی در پذیرش رایانش ابری است.

factors affecting the acceptance of cloud computing in hospitals in southern iran based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology

objective recently, healthcare organizations use advanced information technologies such as cloud computing (cc) to reduce costs and increase productivity. since the level of technology acceptance plays an essential role in technology success or failure, this study aims to assess the factors affecting the acceptance of cc by the staff of teaching hospitals in hormozgan, iran.methods this is a descriptive-analytical study with a cross-sectional design that was conducted in 2021. participants were 285 staff of three teaching hospitals affiliated to hormozgan university of medical sciences, who were selected using stratified random sampling method. the data collection tool was the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (utaut) questionnaire with acceptable validity and reliability (cronbach’s α=0.88). the collected data were analyzed in spss software, version 24 using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, anova, and pearson correlation test. also, the effect of the factors was calculated in lisrel software.results the history of using cc had a significant impact on the behavioral intention and usage behavior (p<0.001). in addition, the relationship of social influence, facilitating conditions, effort expectancy, and performance expectancy with usage behavior and behavioral intention to use cc was significant, and their impact was higher on the behavioral intention of staffconclusion individual awareness and knowledge, relevant organizational conditions, and the necessary infrastructure are the key factors in the acceptance of cloud computing by the staff of teaching hospitals in hormozgan, iran.
