ایجاد هستی‌شناسی حوزه پزشکی دوره اسلامی در بستر وب معنایی: یک مطالعه مروری

هدف هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ضرورت طراحی هستی‌شناسی پزشکی دوره اسلامی در بستر وب معنایی است. در این مطالعه کیفی، پژوهش‌های مربوط به ایجاد و ارزیابی نظام‌های سازماندهی دانش در حوزه پزشکی دوره اسلامی و نیز طراحی هستی‌شناسی‌های حوزه پزشکی سنتی در بازه زمانی 2010 تا 2022 میلادی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی شامل بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور، پایگاه مجلات تخصصی نور، پرتال جامع علوم انسانی و پایگاه مقالات موسسه استنادی و پایش علم و فناوری جهان اسلام، پایگاه مقالات وب‌آو‌ساینس، پابمد، ریسرچ‌گیت و گوگل اسکالر بررسی شد.روش ها در این مطالعه مروری، از روش پژوهش اسنادی استفاده ‌شد. پس از جست‌‌وجوی کلیدواژه‌ها در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی و بازیابی منابع مرتبط، تعداد 20 مقاله معتبر، انتخاب شد و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته ها هستی‌شناسی‌ها با پوشش روابط شمول معنایی، جزء‌واژگانی، هم‌ارزی و وابستگی و همچنین با دارا بودن ساختاری چندبُعدی و پوشش کارکردهایی شامل رفع ابهامات، کنترل مترادف‌ها، ایجاد روابط معنایی واضح مانند روابط سلسله‌مراتبی و وابستگی و بازنمون روابط و ویژگی‌های مفاهیم در مدل‌های دانش، نسبت به سایر نظام‌های سازماندهی دانش قادر به بازنمون روابط پیچیده‌تر و دانش وسیع‌تری از یک حوزه هستند. نتیجه گیری طراحی هستی‌شناسی یکی از کارآمدترین روش‌ها برای توصیف معنایی دانش حوزه پزشکی دوره اسلامی به‌صورت جامع و دقیق است. یکی از قابلیت‌های هستی‌شناسی‌ها، نمایش روابط میان مفاهیم مرتبط با بیماری‌ها، علائم، داروها و تشخیص‌ها با استفاده از محیط گرافیکی است. از سوی دیگر اهمیت استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین وب معنایی و همسویی با تحولات جهانی، ضرورت طراحی هستی‌شناسی‌ها در این حوزه را مطرح می‌سازد.

creating the ontology of islamic medicine based on semantic web: a review study

objective this study aims to investigate the necessity of designing the ontology of islamic medicine in based on the semantic web.methods in this review study, the studies related to the creation and evaluation of knowledge organization systems (koss) in islamic medicine as well as the ontology design in traditional medicine in the period published from 2010 to 2022 were searched in databases including magiran, noormags, isc, researchgate, pubmed, web of science and google scholar. selection methods for study: in this study, the documentary method was used. after searching using related keywords, 20 eligible articles were selected and reviewed.results ontologies, by covering hyponymy, meronymy, equivalents & specified relations, as well as having a multidimensional structure and covering functions such as eliminating ambiguity, controlling synonyms or equivalents, establishing explicit semantic relationships such as hierarchical relations, and presenting both relations and properties of concepts in the knowledge models, can represent more complex relationships than other koss. conclusion ontology design is one of the most effective methods for accurate semantic description of the knowledge of the islamic medicine. one of the capabilities of ontologies is to display relationships between concepts related to diseases, symptoms, drugs and diagnoses using a graphic environment. semantic web technologies raises the necessity of designing ontologies.
