بررسی دیدگاه کارکنان نسبت به وضعیت مرکز چشم‌پزشکی جنوب شرق ایران در جذب گردشگر پزشکی

هدف گردشگری پزشکی به‌عنوان یک صنعت فعال به توسعه پایدار و رشد اقتصاد کشورها کمک می‌کند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دیدگاه کارکنان نسبت به وضعیت مرکز چشم‌پزشکی جنوب شرق ایران در جذب گردشگر پزشکی انجام شد. روش ها این پژوهش توصیفی‌تحلیلی در بیمارستان چشم‌پزشکی الزهرا (س) زاهدان در سال 1398 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش، کارمندان اداری و بالینی بیمارستان بودند. با استفاده از روش سرشماری برای نمونه‌گیری، 75 نفر در پژوهش مشارکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته‌ای بود که روایی و پایایی آن سنجیده شد. پایایی پرسش‌نامه با آلفای کرونباخ 0/83 تایید شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از میانگین، انحراف معیار و آزمون‌ تی مستقل و نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22 استفاده شد. معیار قضاوت p کمتر از 0/05 بود.یافته ها میانگین امتیاز دیدگاه جامعه پژوهش درمورد امکان جذب گردشگر در مرکز مورد‌مطالعه 0/6±‌ 3/5 بود. در میان ابعاد مورد‌مطالعه، وضعیت عمومی (0/7±‌3/7) و وضعیت تجهیزات و زیرساخت (0/6±‌3/7) بیشترین میانگین امتیاز و وضعیت جغرافیایی (0/9±‌2/8) کمترین امتیاز را از دیدگاه پرسنل به دست آوردند.نتیجه گیری امکان جذب گردشگر در قطب چشم‌پزشکی جنوب شرق ایران از دیدگاه جامعه پژوهش در حد متوسط بود. معرفی مکان‌های تاریخی و همچنین جاذبه‌های گردشگری استان در وب‌سایت مرکز و هماهنگی با شرکت‌های گردشگری برای برگزاری تورهای تفریحی متناسب با وضعیت اقلیمی استان، ایجاد منوی انتخاب غذا و بهبود سطح کیفی غذاهای بیماران متناسب با فرهنگ گردشگران پزشکی و همچنین تقویت وب‌سایت مرکز هم از نظر محتوا و هم از نظر فنی و سه‌زبانه کردن آن می‌تواند در ارتقای وضعیت این مرکز و جذب بیشتر گردشگران پزشکی موثر باشد. 

the status of an ophthalmology hospital in zahedan, iran in attracting medical tourists

objective medical tourism as an active industry contributes to the sustainable development and economic growth of countries. this study aims to investigate the status of an ophthalmology hospital in zahedan, iran in attracting medical tourists.methods this descriptive-analytical study was conducted in 2019 in al-zahra ophthalmology hospital in zahedan. the study population consists of the administrative and clinical staff of this hospital. using a census method, 75 people were selected. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with acceptable validity and reliability (cronbach’s alpha=0.83) was used to survey the attitudes of participants. mean, standard deviation, and independent t-test were used to analyze the collected data in spss software, version 22. p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.results the mean score for the possibility of attracting tourists by the hospital was 3.5±0.6. among the study domains, general condition (3.7±0.7) and quality of equipment and infrastructure (3.7±0.6) obtained the highest score, while the geographical condition (2.8±0.9) had the lowest score.conclusion the potential of the ophthalmology hospital in zahedan in attracting medical tourist is at moderate level. introduction of historical and scenic places as well as tourist attractions of the province on the website of the hospital, coordination with tourism companies to organize recreational tours according to the climate of the province, creating a food menu and improving the quality level of patients’ foods in accordance with their cultures, as well as improving the hospital’s website, both in terms of content and technical issues, and making it trilingual (persian, english and arabic) can be effective in improving the status of the hospital in attracting more medical tourists.
