طراحی و روایی سنجی پرسشنامه سنجش عملکرد اعضای هیات‌علمی در ارائه آموزش‌های مجازی در پاندمی کووید 19

هدف: با توجه به غافل‌گیری پاندمی کووید 19 و سرمایه‌گذاری اجباری و فوری بر ارائه آموزش‌های دانشگاهی به صورت مجازی، سنجش عملکرد اعضای هیات‌‌علمی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف طراحی و روان‌سنجی پرسشنامه سنجش عملکرد اعضای هیات‌علمی در ارائه آموزش‌های مجازی انجام شد.روش‌ها: مطالعه توصیفی است روی 161 نفر از اعضای هیات‌علمی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور در سال 1400 انجام شد. دانشگاه‌ها به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای و اساتید به روش غیرتصادفی انتخاب شدند. از طریق سامانه معاونت آموزشی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی و دسترسی به کارنامه علمی اساتید، آدرس ایمیل اعلام شده در رزومه برای ارسال لینک فرمت الکترونیک پرسشنامه استخراج شد. در مراحل مختلف اجرا روایی صوری، روایی محتوا، روایی ملاکی، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و پایایی به روش آلفای‌کرونباخ و دو نیمه کردن سنجش شد. برای گزارش داده‌ها از آماره‌های توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون‌های t استودنت و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه در نرم‌افزارspss  استفاده شد.نتایج: یافته‌های روانسنجی پرسشنامه، حاکی از روایی صوری (بین 4.58 تا 4.83)، محتوایی (0.70cvr=، 0.85cvi=، 0.70cvr=) و ملاکی (0.0001>p-value) قابل‌ قبول دارد. در یافته‌های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، 4 عامل از جمله ایجاد مشوق، مشارکت و نظم‌دهی، ارزیابی یادگیری، و مهارت حرفه‌ای شناسایی شد که در مجموع 65.18 درصد واریانس مشترک را تبیین کردند. هم‌سانی درونی پرسشنامه به روش آلفای‌کرونباخ 0.897 و ضریب گاتمن در روش دو نیمه کردن 0.873 محاسبه شد.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به روایی و پایایی قابل ‌قبول پرسشنامه مورد مطالعه، این ابزار می‌تواند برای ارزشیابی عملکرد اعضای هیات‌‌علمی در ارائه آموزش‌های مجازی توسط نظام‌های ارزشیابی آموزشی و همچنین توسط پژوهشگران برای سنجش عوامل موثر بر عملکرد اساتید در ارائه آموزش‌های مجازی استفاده شود.

Design and Psychometrics of a Questionnaire for Assessing the Performance of Faculty Members in Providing Virtual Education during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Background and Purpose: Given the Covid-19 and immediate investment in providing virtual university education, it is important to measure the performance of faculty members in this area. Accordingly, this study was conducted to design and psychometrics of a questionnaire to assess the performance of faculty members in providing virtual training.Material and Methods: A descriptive study of instrument making was performed on 161 members of the faculty of medical universities in 1400. Sampling was done in an accessible way and through a virtual link by sending e-mail to academic address professors in education vice chancellor system of universities. Formal validity, content validity (CVR, CVI), criterion validity (convergent and divergent), heuristic factor analysis and reliability were measured by Cronbach’s alpha method and halving. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, Student t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used to report the data. Results: The findings of this study indicate an acceptable formal, content, and criterion validity. The findings identified four factors, including incentive creation, participation and regulation, learning assessment, and professional skills, which together explained 65.18% of the common variance. The internal consistency of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach’s alpha method of 0.897 and Guttman coefficient in the halving method was calculated to be 0.873.Conclusion: Due to the acceptable validity and reliability of the questionnaire, this tool can be used for faculty members in providing virtual training by educational evaluation systems, as well as researchers to measure the effective factors or improve the performance of professors in providing virtual training.
