بررسی پژوهش‌های حوزه پرستاری ایران در پایگاه استنادی web of science بین سال‌های 2000 تا 2016: مطالعه علم‌سنجی

هدف: پرستاری یکی از حوزه های مهم در علوم پزشکی است که پیشرفت در آن تاثیر زیادی بر مراقبت های بهداشتی دارد. یکی از شاخص های توسعه هر رشته یا حرفه تولیدات علمی آن است؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تولیدات علمی پرستاری ایران در پایگاه اطلاعاتی web of science از سال 2000 تا 2016 می باشد.روش ها: این تحقیق از نوع مطالعات علم سنجی است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه مقالات پرستاری ایران نمایه شده در پایگاه استنادی web of science بین سال های 2000 تا 2016 بوده است که در آن تعداد تولیدات علمی، نویسندگان پرکار، ابر کلمه های موضوعی، نوع مطالعات و غیره مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای netdraw، bibexcel و cites مورد تحلیل قرارگرفته است.نتایج: نتایج بررسی نشان داد که تولیدات علمی پژوهشگران ایران در web of science در بین سال های 2016 2000 روند روبه رشدی داشته و ahmadi f با 44 مقاله و شاخص hindex 12 پرکارترین پژوهشگر در حوزه پرستاری در ایران بود. بیشترین همکاری علمی پژوهشگران ایران با سه کشور ایالات متحده، استرالیا و سوئد بود. همچنین تحقیق کیفی بیشترین نوع تحقیقات در بین تولیدات علمی را به خود اختصاص داد. بیشترین فراوانی کلیدواژه موضوعی مربوط به anxiety، children، breast cancer و cancer بود.نتیجه گیری: افزایش تولیدات علمی حوزه پرستاری حاکی از اهمیت این حوزه در خدمات مراقبت های بهداشتی می باشد، امّا رشد متوازنی در موضوعات مختلف حاکم نیست. در این بین گرایش به سمت پژوهش های کیفی در بین پژوهشگران ایرانی زیاد است که این امر ناشی از ماهیت تعامل گرایی پرستاران با بیماران می باشد.

Iran's nursing research in Web of Science from 2000 to 2016: Scientometrics study

Aim: Nursing is an important area in medical sciences whose developments can influence health care. One of the development indices in every field or profession is its scientific productions published in international journals. So, this study intends to investigate Iran rsquo;s Nursing articles from 2000 to 2016.Methods: This research has been conducted by scientometrics approach. Research population includes all Iranian articles in nursing area indexed in Web of Science from 2000 to 2016 indexed in Web of Science in terms of number, productive and influential authors, international coauthorship, and subject world cloud and so on. For data analysis, a combination of bibliometric software, including NetRaw, BibExel and Cities are applied.Results: Findings revealed that during 20002016, Iran rsquo;s nursing studies have a growing trend. Ahmadi F, with 44 articles and hindex of 12, is the most productive and influential scientist in Iran rsquo;s Nursing studies. Iranian Nursing authors have many collaborative articles with their counterparts in USA, Australia, and Sweden, respectively. Moreover, qualitative research is the major research methodology within nursing studies. ldquo;Anxiety rdquo;, ldquo;Children rdquo;, ldquo;Breast Cancer rdquo;, and ldquo;Cancer rdquo; are the most frequent keywords in Iranian nursing studies.Conclusion: The growth of nursing scientific productions is an indicative of the importance of this subject area in health care services; but, there is no balanced growth in various subjects. Meanwhile, the tendency of Iranian Nursing research is toward qualitative research which is due to the nature of the nursepatient interactionism.
