ارزیابی سلامت جامعه برای شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مشکلات شهر چلیچه، شهرستان فارسان استان چهارمحال‌وبختیاری

هدف جلب مشارکت مردمی مهم‌ترین راهکار توسعه در بخش‌های مختلف جامعه تلقی می‌شود. در این راستا ارزیابی بهداشت جامعه، فرایندی است که در طی آن با مشارکت فعال اعضای جامعه به تعیین، جمع‌آوری و انتشار اطلاعات نقاط قوت، منابع و نیازهای جامعه پرداخته می‌شود و درکی درست از چالش‌ها و نظام مراقبت سلامت جامعه به دست می‌آید. این بررسی با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مشکلات شهر چلیچه انجام شد.روش ها این طرح براساس مدل کارولینای شمالی طی 8 مرحله در زمستان سال 1400 انجام شد که 7 مرحله اول شامل شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مشکلات و مرحله هشتم شامل تدوین برنامه عملیاتی برای حل مشکلات دارای اولویت بود. اطلاعات و شاخص‌های مورد استفاده در مطالعه با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه جمع‌آوری شد. یافته ها در این مطالعه، درمجموع 42 مشکل مختلف شناسایی شد که در 6 گروه مختلف شامل حیطه بهداشت و سلامت، حیطه آموزشی و فرهنگی، حیطه اقتصاد و اشتغال، حیطه اجتماعی و حقوق شهروندی، حیطه امنیتی و حیطه خدمات شهری طبقه‌بندی شدند. سپس براساس تکنیک گروه اسمی، آلودگی آب آشامیدنی، مشکلات اقتصادی و بیکاری و آگاهی کم از مسائل بهداشتی به‌عنوان مشکلات اصلی منطقه اولویت‌بندی شدند.نتیجه گیری مشکلات به‌دست‌آمده از این بررسی، طیف وسیع و متنوعی از مسائل در زمینه‌های فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی را دربر می‌گیرد و منحصر به مشکلات بهداشتی نیست که جهت حل آن‌ها فعالیت‌های بین‌بخشی، حمایت مدیران و مسئولین و مشارکت فعال جامعه ضروری است.

community health assessment for identifying and prioritizing the problems of choliche county, farsan city, chaharmahal and bakhtiari province, iran

objective public participation in different projects is one of the most important strategies for development. community health assessment is a process by which community members gain an understanding of the health concerns and the health care system by identifying, collecting, and disseminating information on the community’s strengths, resources, and needs. this study aims to identify and prioritize the problems of cholicheh county in farsan city, chaharmahal and bakhtiari province, iran.methods this study was conducted in 8 stages based on the north carolina community health assessment model in the winter of 2021; the first seven stages include identifying and prioritizing the problems, and the eighth stage includes developing an action plan to solve priority problems. after establishing the assessment team, primary and secondary data were collected.results a total of 42 problems were identified, which were classified into six different groups, including health, education and culture, economics and employment, social and civil rights, security, and urban services. using the nominal group technique, the priority problems were drinking water pollution, economic problems and unemployment, and low knowledge of health issuesconclusion the problems in cholicheh county are related to cultural, social, and economic areas, in addition to the health area. to solve these problems, cross-sectoral collaboration, support from managers and officials, and public participation are needed.
