ارتباط بین شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریکی و نوع پا با عارضه انگشست شست کج در دانش‌آموزان دختر 10 تا 12 سال

هدف: عارضه انگشت شست کج یکی از شایع ترین ناهنجاری ها در دختران دانش آموز می باشد. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین شاخص های آنتروپومتریکی و نوع پا با عارضه انگشست شست کج در دانش آموزان دختر 10 تا 12 سال بوده است.روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. 60 نفر از دختران دانش آموز دامنه سنی 10 تا 12 سال شهر قائم شهر در سال تحصیلی 9998 مبتلا به عارضه انگشت شست کج به صورت در دسترس به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند.پس از جمع آوری داده ها، از نرم افزار spss و آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنف جهت بررسی نرمال بودن داده ها و از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن برای بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرها استفاده شد. کلیه فرضیه ها در سطح معنی داری 95 درصد آزمون شدند.نتایج: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد ارتباط معنی داری بین شست کج و وزن (0/03=pvalue)، شست کج و شاخص توده بدنی (0/008=pvalue)، شست کج و پهنای قسمت قدامی پا (0/04=pvalue) و شست کج و میزان افت ناوی (001/0=pvalue) وجود دارد اما ارتباط معنی داری بین شست کج و قد  (0/05≤pvalue) و نیز شست کج و طول پا (0/05≤pvalue) مشاهده نشد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر وجود ارتباط مثبت و معنادار بین وزن، شاخص توده بدنی، پهنای قسمت قدامی پا و کف پای صاف را با زاویه شست کج نشان داد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده توصیه می شود ملاحظاتی نظیر کنترل وزن، استفاده از کفش های متناسب با پهنای قسمت قدامی پا و اصلاح کف پای صاف به منظور کاهش زاویه شست کج در نظر گرفته شود.

Relationship between anthropocentric indices and foot type with hallux valgus in 1012 year old female students

Introduction: The hallux valgus is one of the most common abnormality in the school girls. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between some anthropometric indices and foot type with hallux valgus in 1012yearold female students.Methods: This descriptive correlational study was conducted on 60 female students aged from 10 to 12 years with hallux valgus abnormality in Ghaemshahr city who were selected using available sampling method. After data collection, KolmogorovSmirnov test was used to check the normality of the data and the relationship between variables was examined by Spearman correlation coefficient using SPSS software. All hypotheses were tested at 95% level of significance.Results: The results of this study showed a significant relationship between hallux valgus and weight (P=0.03), body mass index (P=0.008), width of the front of the foot (P=0.04), and navy drop rate (P=0.001), while no significant relationship was found between hallux valgus and height (P≥0.05) and foot length (P≥0.05).Conclusion: The results of the present study showed a positive and significant relationship between weight, body mass index, width of the front of the foot, and flat foot with hallux valgus. Therefore, weight control, the use of shoes appropriate to the width of the front of the foot, and treatment of flat foot is recommended to reduce the rate of hallux valgus.
