تبیین تجربه متخصصین رشته آموزش پرستاری از وضعیت موجود و مطلوب برنامه درسی تکلیف محور

زمینه و هدف: برنامه درسی یﮑﯽ از مهم‌ترین ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ تاثیرگذار در ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ و شکست نظام‌های آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب می‌شوند. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت موجود و مطلوب برنامه درسی تکلیف محور در رشته آموزش پرستاری است.مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش کیفی به صورت پدیدارشناسی انجام گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با 12 متخصص پرستاری جمع‌آوری و با روش colaizzi تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: با تحلیل و ادغام یافته‌ها 2 مولفه اصلی شامل »وضعیت موجود و مطلوب برنامه درسی تکلیف محور « و 12 مولفه فرعی شامل »غیرقابل‌پیش‌بینی بودن محیط بالینی، تضاد بین تلفیق نقش استادی و پرستاری، عدم توانمندی اساتید، امکان مداخله اندک روی بیمار به دلیل مسائل حقوقی، مدت محدود تحصیل، مسائل مالی، عدم تطبیق آموزش‌ها با انتظارات، درگیر کردن دانشجو با تکالیف عملی، برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی، از بین بردن فاصله بین محیط یادگیری و محیط بالینی، اجرای موقعیتی و غیرمتمرکز برنامه‌های پرستاری، تغییر در دانش و نگرش پرستاران « استخراج گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که از میان مولفه‌های فرعی به‌دست‌آمده از تحلیل پاسخ‌های متخصصین آموزش پرستاری، مهم‌ترین مولفه اصلی در بررسی وضع موجود برنامه درسی تکلیف محور (غیرقابل‌پیش‌بینی بودن محیط بالینی) و در مولفه اصلی وضع مطلوب (از بین بردن فاصله بین محیط یادگیری و محیط بالینی) است.

Explain the Experience of Nursing Education Specialists’ from the Current and Optimal Station of the Task-based Curriculum

Background Aim: A curriculum is one of the most important factors and elements affecting the level of success and failure of enhance education systems. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the current and optimal status of the taskbased curriculum in the field of nursing education. Materials Methods: This research was performed qualitatively as a phenomenology. Data were collected using semistructured interviews with 12 nurses and analyzed using the Colaizzi method.Results: Data analysis and integration led to the extraction of 2 main components of ldquo;existing and desirable status of the homeworkbased curriculum rdquo; and 12 subcomponents of ldquo;unpredictability of the clinical environment, the conflict between integrating the role of professors and nursing, teachers' inability to intervene, the possibility of poor patient intervention due to legal issues, limited educational time, financial problems, mismatches with expectations, engaging students with practical assignments, holding workshops, closing the gap between learning and clinical environments, situational and decentralized implementation of nursing programs, and change in nurses' knowledge and attitude rdquo;.Conclusion: The results show that among the sub components obtained from the analysis of the responses on Nursing Education Specialists, the most important main components in examining the currents situation of the Taskoriented Curriculum (unpredictability of the clinical environment) and in the components the main is the desired situation(Eliminate the distance between the learning environment and the clinical environment).
