چالش‌های برقراری ارتباط پرستار و بیمار در ایران: یک مطالعه مروری

زمینه و هدف: ارتباط بین پرستار و بیمار یکی از عوامل مهم در ارائه مراقبتهای پرستاری با کیفیت است؛ بنابراین شناسایی موانع ارتباط موثر پرستار و بیمار ضروری است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی و مرور چالش های برقراری ارتباط پرستاران و بیماران ایرانی انجام شده است.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مروری پایگاه های اطلاعاتیmagiran ،sid ،pubmed web of science, scopus, و google scholar جستجو گردید. مقالات چاپ شده ایرانی با استفاده از کلید واژه هاnurses ،patients, clients و communication جستجو گردید. یافته ها: از 14 مقاله مورد بررسی10 مطالعه کمی و 4 مطالعه کیفی بودند. 4 مقاله در مجلات خارجی و 10 مقاله در مجلات داخلی به چاپ رسیده بود. نتایج نشان دادکه اختلاف و توافق نظرهایی بین دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران در تعیین موانع ایجاد ارتباط موثر وجود دارد. چالش برقراری ارتباط پرستار با بیمار در چهار حیطه عوامل فردی و اجتماعی، ویژگیهای شغلی، شرایط بالینی بیمار و عوامل محیطی دسته بندی گردید. نتیجه گیری: از آن جا که برقراری ارتباط، جنبه مهمی از مراقبتهای پرستاری را تشکیل می دهد، ضروری است که چالشهای ذکر شده توسط مدیران مراقبتهای بهداشتی مورد توجه قرار گیرد و برای رفع آنها برنامه ریزی گردد. بدیهی است که بهبود وضعیت ارتباط بین پرستار و بیمار موجب ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده توسط پرستاران می شود و در تشخیص، درمان و بهبود کیفیت مراقبتهای پرستاری موثر خواهد بود.

Challenges of Nurse-Patient Communication in Iran: A Review Study

Background Aims: Nursepatient communication is one of the important factors in providing highquality nursing care. Therefore, recognition of barriers to this type of communication is of paramount importance. This study aimed to evaluate and review the challenges of nursepatient communication in Iran.Material Methods: In this research, Iranian articles published were derived from the databases of MagIran, SID, PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar using the keywords of nurses, clients, patients, and communication.Results: In total, we assessed 10 qualitative and 4 quantitative articles. It is notable that four articles were published in foreign journals while 10 papers were published in domestic journals. Results were indicative of disagreements and agreements between the views of nurses and patients in determining the barriers to communication. The challenge of establishing nursepatient communication was classified in four areas of individual and social factors, occupational features, clinical conditions of patients and environmental factors.Conclusion: Considering the establishment of an important aspect of nursing care by creating communication, it is essential to address and eliminate the challenges by healthcare managers through proper planning. Evidently, improved nursepatient communication will enhance the quality of service provided by nurses and positively affect the diagnosis, treatment, and qualitative improvement of nursing cares.
