پروژه دموکراسی‌سازی آمریکا در طرح خاورمیانه بزرگ

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی پروژه دموکراسی‌سازی آمریکا در طرح خاورمیانه بزرگ است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد: ایالات‌متحده آمریکا به عنوان تنها ابرقدرت باقیمانده از دوران جنگ سرد، بر آن بود تا با تسلط بر این منطقه فوق استراتژیک، به قدرت هژمون جهانی تبدیل گردد، به گونه‌ای که در نظم مورد نظر آمریکا، این کشور در راس هرم و دیگر قدرت‌ها در یک خط طولی در پشت‌سر آن قرار گیرند. گرچه آمریکایی‌ها در هنگام تهاجم به منطقه و به خصوص اشغال عراق، دو راهبرد لزوم انهدام سلاح‌های کشتارجمعی و مبارزه با تروریسم را نیز مطرح کردند، اما با توجه به نقش بسترسازی این دو راهبرد، این فرضیه مطرح می‌شود که راهبرد اصلی آمریکا در طرح خاورمیانه بزرگ، پروژه دموکراسی‌‌سازی در منطقه بود که در صورت موفقیت در این راهبرد، بستر دستیابی به اهداف آمریکا در طرح خاورمیانه بزرگ فراهم می‌گردید.

american democratization project in the greater middle east initiative (gmii)

the purpose of the present study is to review the american demarcation project in the greater middle east initiative (gmei). the research method is descriptive-analytic and the results showed that the us as the only super power remaining from the cold war era, aimed to become a global hegemonic power by its domination over the strategic region of the middle east so that the usa in the american order is at the top of the pyramid and other powers are below in a linear line. when the us attacked the region and occupied iraq, it raised two strategies of the elimination of the weapons of mass destruction and countering terrorism. yet this hypothesis is proposed that the us main strategy in gmei was the american democratization project in the region. if the us succeeds in this strategy, the condition of reaching its goals in the gmei is facilitated.
