چکیده
|
هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین امنیت اقتصادی و بررسی جایگاه آن در قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. در این راستا، پرسش اصلی پژوهش این است که سازوکارهای امنیت اقتصادی در قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی چه جایگاهی دارد؟ روش پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد که سازوکارهای اقتصادی و امنیتی در قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی کاملاً با چارچوب‌ها و موازین نوین امنیت اقتصادی مطابق است و نشان‌دهنده خودآگاهی قانون‌گذار به ویژگی‌های جامعه نمونه اسلامی دارد و در اصول متعددی به امنیت اقتصادی و شاخص‌های آن به صراحت اشاره کرده است. مهم‌ترین اصلی که در قانون اساسی به امنیت اقتصادی اشاره دارد، اصل 43 قانون اساسی می‌باشد.

Abstract
|
the purpose of the present study is to explain economic security and its place in the constitution of the islamic republic of iran. in this regard, the main research question is: what is the place of economic security mechanisms in the constitution of the islamic republic of iran? the method of study is descriptive-analytic and the results showed that economic and security mechanisms in the constitution of the islamic republic of iran are quite compatible with modern frameworks and regulations of economic security that indicates the legislator’s awareness of the features of an islamic model society as it has explicitly referred to the economic security and its indicators through various principles. the most important principle in the constitution referring to economic security is the article 43 of the constitution.
