تحلیل سیاست‌های اجتماعی تاثیرگذار نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر حفظ سرمایه اجتماعی در استان خوزستان

هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل سیاست‌های اجتماعی تاثیرگذار نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر حفظ سرمایه اجتماعی در استان خوزستان است. این پژوهش، با روش آمیخته کیفی- کمّی انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش نیز کلیه شهروندان استان خوزستان بودند، حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر محاسبه شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری لیزرل تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که همه سیاست‌های اجتماعی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران مورد بررسی در این پژوهش، بر حفظ سرمایه در استان خوزستان موثر بوده و بین این سیاست‌‌ها و حفظ سرمایه اجتماعی در استان خوزستان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. سیاست‌های اجتماعی نظام در راستای تاکید بر قانون‌مداری، عدل و برابری، توسعه سرمایه‌های انسانی، عدالت آموزشی و رفع نابرابری‌های آموزشی، رفع تبعیض اقتصادی و رفع فساد اداری، زمینه حفظ سرمایه اجتماعی را در ابعاد انسجام اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی و مشارکت سیاسی دو چندان می‌کند.

an analysis of the effective social policies in the islamic republic of iran to maintain social capital in the province of khouzestan

the purpose of the present study is to analyze effective social policies in the islamic republic of iran to maintain capital in the province of khouzestan. this research has been conducted by a mixed qualitative-quantitative method. data collection instrument was a questionnaire and the statistical population included the citizens in the province of khouzestan. the sample was calculated to be 384 people by cochran formula. the data was analyzed using statistical risell software. the results revealed that all social policies in the islamic republic of iran under investigation in this research are effective on maintaining capital in the province of khouzestan and that there is a significant relationship between those policies and sustaining social capital in the province of khouzestan. emphasizing on the rule of law, justice and equality, expansion of human resources, educational justice, removing educational inequality, removing economic discrimination, and administrative corruption, the social policies of the government facilitate the ground for the sustenance of social capital in aspects of social integrity, social trust, and political cooperation.
