بررسی وضعیت هوش سیاسی مدیران تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی سراسر کشور

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی هوش سیاسی مدیران تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی می‎باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری تحقیق، کلیه مدیران تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی کشور هستند که تعداد آنها بالغ بر 95 نفر است. ابزار اندازه‌گیری تحقیق، پرسشنامه هوش سیاسی (isis) بود. روایی پرسشنامه مورد تایید تعدادی از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی قرار گرفت و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه‌های هوش سیاسی برابر 0.906 محاسبه گردید. نتایج آزمون معادلات ساختاری پژوهش نشان داد که مولفه‌های بازی‌های اجتماعی، شخصیت سیاسی، پویایی قدرت، صداقت آشکار و تسخیر احساسات، همگی بر عملکرد هوش سیاسی مدیران تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی کشور تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش به نظر می‌رسد به‌کارگیری و استفاده از هوش سیاسی جهت مواجه درست با تغییرات و تصمیم‌گیری صحیح مدیران تربیت بدنی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و استفاده مناسب از فرصت‌ها اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. از این‌رو برخورداری مدیران تربیت بدنی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی از هوش سیاسی جهت موفقیت آنها ضروری است.

A Survey of the State of Political Intelligence among Physical Education Directors of Islamic Āzād Universities in the Whole Country

The purpose of the present study is to survey the political intelligence of physical education directors at Islamic Āzād universities.  The method of study is descriptive correlational and the population of research includes all physical education directors at Islamic Āzād universities in the country whose number reached to 95. The measurement tool in the research was a political intelligence questionnaire (ISIS). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a number of experts in sport management and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach alpha for political intelligence questionnaires to be 0.906. The results of constructional equation tests showed that some indices including social plays, political character, power mobility, open honesty, and emotion control have a positive and significant impact on the performance of political intelligence among physical education directors at Islamic Āzād university in the country. According to the obtained results, it seems that using political intelligence for the appropriate handling of changes, proper decisionmaking, and suitable use of opportunities are inevitable for the above directors. Therefore, having political intelligence is essential for their success.
