واکاوی تحولات فرهنگ و ارزش‌‌ها در فرآیند جهانی شدن و تاثیر آن در اقتدار ملی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی آثار مثبت و منفی نقش فرهنگ و ارزش‌‌ها در اقتدار ملی است. روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد که فرهنگ بیش از هر بخش دیگری با جهانی شدن در ارتباط است. هویت‌‌های فرهنگی، ملی، دینی و اخلاقی بر بستر جهانی شدن شکل جدیدی به خود خواهند گرفت. پس نباید آنها را چون سنتّی ثابت و تغییرناپذیر تقدیس کرد، بلکه می‌‌بایست این عناصر را فرآیندی شکل‌‌پذیر دانست که نه تنها می‌‌توانند خود را با وضعیت‌‌های نوین تطبیق دهند، بلکه در عین حال، اهداف و غایت آن را باز تعریف نموده و در عین انعطاف‌‌پذیری، انسجام خود را در عصر جهانی شدن حفظ کنند و بی‌‌گمان ایران جهانی شده نیز در حفظ هویت خویش، بیش از یک ایران منزوی و عقب مانده، موفق خواهد بود.

An Inquiry into the Transformationsof Culture and Values in the Process of Globalization and its Impact on National Authority

The purpose of the present study is to review the positive and negative impacts of the role of culture and values in national authority. The method of research is descriptiveanalytic and the results showed that culture more than any other aspect is related to globalization. Cultural, national, religious, and ethical identities get a new form in the ground of globalization so they should not be sanctified as definite and unchangeable traditions but rather, should be considered as flexible processes that not only can adapt themselves to new circumstances but also be redefined in terms of purposes and goals to sustain their solidarity despite flexibility. Undoubtedly, Iran as a globalized country would be more successful in keeping its identity than an isolated and backward country.
