بررسی زمینه‌های شکل‌گیری و عملکرد دکترین مسئولیت حمایت در حقوق بین‌الملل

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی زمینه‌های شکل‌گیری مداخله بشردوستانه در حقوق بین‌الملل، به ویژه مفهوم جدیدی که در این زمینه تحت عنوان «دکترین حمایت» مطرح شده، بود. پژوهش به شیوه توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد، اگرچه از آغاز ایجاد دکترین مسئولیت حمایت تاکنون، در بحران‌‌هایی نظیر بحران دارفور، لیبی و حتی در تسونامی هایتی و امروزه در سوریه مورد استناد قرار گرفته است، اما محدودیت‌های سیاسی عملا زمینه مداخله قدرت‌های بزرگ و توسل به این دکترین برای دخالت با بهانه حقوق بشری در کشورهای دیگر و تضعیف اصل استقلال و حاکمیت ملی و بی‌ثباتی منطقه‌ای را به وجود آورده است.
