اهتمام به محیط زیست در فقه و فرهنگ امام خمینی (ره)

هدف از برپائی حکومت از منظردین؛ به خدمت گرفتن قدرت سیاسی برای رسیدن به مقاصد والای دین مبین، همچون عدالت و نهادینه نمودن فرهنگ ناب اسلامی در جامعه می‌‌باشد. اما در برابر این هدف مقدس، آسیب‌ها و چالش‌هایی وجود دارد که رسیدن به اهداف مورد نظر را می تواند مورد تهدید قرار داده و این مساله همواره مورد دغدغه و باعث نگرانی رهبر و بنیان‌گذار جمهوری اسلامی بوده؛ در این بین شناخت و تحلیل آسیب های فرهنگی با توجه به رویکرد حکومت دینی اهمیت مضاعفی پیدا می کند؛ لذا مروری بر مهمترین دغدغه‌ها و نگرانی‌های امام خمینی‌ (ره) در این خصوص که در زمان حیات پر برکت ایشان با نگاه آسیب‌شناسانه مطرح شده، می‌تواند ما را در حفظ حکومت دینی یاری نماید؛ چرا که ایشان با زکاوت، هوشیاری، شناخت و شجاعتی که داشت به معرفی و شناساندن آسیب‌ها و ارائه راهکارها پرداخته‌اند. در این تحقیق تلاش شده آسیب‌هایی فرهنگی که در صورت عدم توجه می تواند حکومت دینی را تهدید و از رسیدن به اهداف و آرمان‌ها دور و زمینه‌ی روی کارآ‌مدن آموزه‌های غیر دینی را فراهم کرده و به تدریج موجب تسلط آنها ‌‌‌شود، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. از منظر دیگر بروز آسیب در زمینه‌های فرهنگی می تواند جدی ترین و مهم ترین آسیب باشد چراکه با بروز این آسیب‌ها،اساس حکومت دینی، رفته‌رفته دچار مشکل و استحاله می‌شود.

Effort made for the Bioenvironment in Jurisprudence and Culture of Imam Khomeini (ra)

The aim of establishing government, religiously speaking, is to use political power for achieving high ambitions of the conspicuous religion such as justice and institutionalization of purely Islamic culture in the community. But facing such sacred aim, there are damages and challenges that jeopardize achievement of the aims concerned and this is something of great concern for the supreme leader and founder of the Islamic Republic; among the other things, recognition and analysis of cultural damages become doubly important thanks to the approach adopted by religious government. A review over the most important worries of Imam Khomeini (ra) that were raised in his blessed lifetime with a pathological look can help us preserve the religious government because he with his intuition, vigilance, recognition and courage explored introduction and revelation of damages and suggested strategies. This article tries to explore cultural damages which, if not given important consideration, can threaten the religious government, keep it away from achievement of aims and ideals and pave the ground for restoration of religious doctrines and their gradual domination. In other words, emerging damages of culture can be the most important and serious damages because they can threaten foundation of government and metamorphosis occurs.
