الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت، الگویی گفتمانی در راستای تحول همه جانبه

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، واکاوی مفهومی مبانی و مبادی گفتمانی الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت بوده و در این راستا، تلاش کرده تا به این سوال اساسی پاسخ دهد که افق‌های مورد نظر در الگویِ بومی اسلامی – ایرانی پیشرفت بر کدام عناصر و شاخص‌ها تاکید دارد؟ گفتمان‌سازی درباره الگوی اسلامی – ایرانی پیشرفت، مدیریت تولید علوم بومی (اسلامی – ایرانی) و طراحی و اجرای الگوی مدیریت تحول در جهت پیاده‌سازی اهداف از جمله مواردی است که در این پژوهش به آن پرداخته شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد، در حالی که گفتمان عدالت و پیشرفت و نیز الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت در حال تبدیل شدن به گفتمانی مرجع و هژمون در فضای سیاستگذاری و مدیریت اجرایی دولت و در عرصه عمومی و اجتماعی ایران است، نباید فراموش کرد که پیشنهاد و دغدغه جایگزین الگوی بومی با رویکرد اسلامی ایرانی برای تحول و توسعه از شکل غربی آن، زمینه اصلی گفتمان بومی‌گرایی مفصل‌بندی شده پس از انقلاب اسلامی را تشکیل می‌دهد. شناخت متراکم و واقع بینانه‌ای از تجربیات کشور در طول چهار دهه بعد از انقلاب، در برخی از «نهادسازی‌ها» و «اصلاح ساختارها» مانند ترسیم «چشم‌انداز بیست‌ساله» و «تدوین سیاست‌های اصل 44» و «هدفمند کردن یارانه‌ها» می تواند در تدوین هرچه بهتر الگوی پیشرفت کشور نقش کلیدی و موثری ایفا کند. در مدل فکری عملی اسلامی – ایرانی پیشرفت، مضامین نظری از بومی شدن، بومی‌گرایی، بومی سازی و بومی نگری با گزاره‌های کلیدی از موضوع گفتمانی را می‌توان براحتی در آن شناسایی کرد.

The IslamicIranian pattern for progress, a discourse pattern for an allembracing evolution

The main purpose of the present study is to perform a conceptual analysis of the fundamentals and foundations of the discourse on the IslamicIranian pattern for progress. In this way, we attempt to answer the main question “on what elements and criteria do the horizons of the IslamicIranian pattern for progress put emphasis?” Creating a discourse on the IslamicIranian pattern for progress, managing the production of indigenous sciences (IslamicIranian), and designing and implementing the pattern for evolution management in order to implement the goals are all considered the topics dealt with in this research. The research method is descriptiveanalytical, and the results showed that while the discourse on justice and progress as well as the IslamicIranian pattern for progress is becoming a reference discourse and hegemon in the context of policy making and the executive management of the government in the public and social arena of Iran, we should not forget that the proposal and alternative concern for an indigenous pattern with IslamicIranian approach to evolution and development built on its Western form are the foundations of the discourse on articulated nativism in the aftermath of the Islamic Republic. Rigidly and realistically recognizing the country’s experiences during the four decades after the revolution in certain “institutionalization”, “structural reforms” like “twentyyear vision” and “development of principle 44 policies” and “targeted subsidies” can contribute to the better development of the country’s progress pattern. In the intellectualpracticalIslamicIranian model for progress, we can easily recognize concepts like nativity, nativism, localization, and localized vision with the key propositions of a discourse subject.
