عادی شدن تنش در روابط ایران و آمریکا از منظر امنیت هستی‌شناسی

روابط ایران و ایالات متحده بعد از وقوع انقلاب اسلامی دچار تنش ها و واگرایی هایی شد؛ به گونه ای که دیدگاه هر یک از دو کشور در خصوص مسائل بین المللی در تعارض با یک دیگر قرار گرفت. اگرچه هر یک از دو کشور در برهه هایی تلاش کردند که پیرامون برخی مسائل که امنیت و منافع دوجانبه آن ها را تضمین می نمود، به گفت وگو بپردازند، اما عوامل متعددی دست به دست هم داده و مانع تنش زدایی در روابط دوجانبه شده است. بر این اساس، سوالی که مطرح می شود، این است که چرا به‌رغم تماس ها و مذاکرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، دو کشور ایران و آمریکا کماکان روابط رسمی دوجانبه خود را برقرار نکرده اند؟بر اساس نظریه امنیت هستی‌شناختی، این فرضیه مطرح می شود که دشمنی ایران و آمریکا به دلیل تعارضات مبنایی برای طرفین به امری عادی تبدیل شده است و هیچ یک از این دو کشور نمی خواهند با برقراری روابط رسمی این روند عادی را بر هم زده و امنیت هستی‌شناختی خود را به مخاطره اندازند.یافته های پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که با توجه به تداوم فقدان روابط رسمی و چند دهه خصومت پایدار میان ایران و امریکا و هویتی شدن منازعات مبنایی، امنیت هستی شناختیِ مبتنی بر منازعه، برای این دو کشور اهمیت فراوانی پیدا کرده است.

The normalization of tension in USIran relations from the perspective of ontological security

Relations between Iran and the United States have undergone tensions and divergences after the Islamic Revolution in Iran. So that perspective of both countries regarding international issues is in contrast with each other. Although each of these two countries, at some points, tried to talk about a number of issues that guaranteed their security and mutual benefits, but many factors interrupted it and prevented detente in bilateral relations between the two countries. Bilateral relations have been established between the two countries. Accordingly, the question is why, despite the direct and indirect contacts and negotiations between the two countries, Iran and the United States have not yet established their bilateral official relations?.Based on the theory of ontological security, it is assumed that the hostility of Iran and the United States due to basic conflict has become common for both countries, and none of these two countries want to unsettle these normal relations and endanger its ontological security by establishing official relations.The findings of this study indicate that, given the continuous lack of official relations and lasting hostility between the parties for many decades and also giving identification basic disputes, ontological security has become very important to them. This paper uses a descriptive analytical method to advance its hypothesis.
