کتابخانه‌های عمومی در دوران پاندمی کووید 19: یک تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی

سابقه و هدف: همه ‌گیری کووید 19 منجر به تغییرات بسیاری از مشاغل خدماتی شد. نظر به اهمیت و تاثیر زیاد این همه ‌گیری، هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل مقالات مرتبط با خدمات کتابخانه ‌های عمومی و کووید 19 است.مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی و کاربردی و با استفاده از روش ‌های رایج در علم‌ سنجی به بررسی پژوهش ‌های انجام‌ شده در حوزه کتابخانه‌ های عمومی و کووید 19 در پایگاه اطلاعاتی وب ‌آو ساینس طی سال ‌های 2023-2020 پرداخته است. داده ‌های پژوهش از طریق جستجوی ترکیبی کلیدواژه ‌های covid-19 or sars-cov-2 or 2019- ncov or 2019 coronavirus or 2019 novel coronavirus و کلیدواژه کتابخانه عمومی به فرمت bib tex در قالب فایل متنی notepad استخراج و به نرم‌ افزار excel  منتقل گردید و سپس تحلیل داده ‌ها با استفاده از نرم ‌افزارexcel  و کتابخانه bibliometrics از نرم‌ افزار r انجام شد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس داده ‌های حاصل از پژوهش، رشد مقالات این حوزه منفی بود و از نظر فراوانی واژگانی «کتابخانه ‌های عمومی»، «اطلاعات»، «جامعه» و «شبکه ‌های اجتماعی» بیشترین فراوانی را در پژوهش ‌های کتابخانه ‌های عمومی و کووید 19 به خود اختصاص دادند. یافته‌ های مربوط به خوشه‌ بندی منجر به تشکیل 4 خوشه گردید. خوشه «خدمات، چالش ‌ها و فناوری» محوری و از تراکم و مرکزیت بالاتری نسبت به دیگر خوشه‌ ها برخوردار بود. خوشه «مدل ‌های دسترسی و ارائه اطلاعات» غیرمحوری شناخته شد. خوشه «کتابخانه‌ ها و سواد اطلاعاتی» در منطقه کم‌ توسعه نمودار راهبردی قرار گرفت و در نهایت خوشه «جامعه، کووید 19 و نقش کتابخانه ‌ها» به عنوان خوشه نابالغ معرفی گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به فراوانی کلیدواژه‌ها و خوشه‌های به‌دست‌آمده از نمودار راهبردی، مشخص شد که زمینه‌های موضوعی «خدمات، چالش ‌ها و فناوری» مهم‌ترین زمینه‌های نوظهور در این حوزه می‌باشند. روندهای پژوهشی این حوزه می‌تواند برنامه‌ریزی برای تحقیقات جدید باهدف پوشش زمینه‌های کمتر کارشده باشد.

public libraries during the covid-19 pandemic: a bibliometric analysis

background and aim: the covid-19 pandemic has led to changes in many service jobs. considering the great importance and impact of this epidemic, the aim of this research is to analyze articles related to public library services and covid-19.materials and methods: the present study is descriptive and applied and using common methods in scientometrics, it examines the research conducted in the field of public libraries and covid-19 in the web of science database, from 2020 to 2023. research data through combined search of keywords covid-19 or sars-cov-2 or 2019-ncov or 2019 coronavirus or 2019 novel coronavirus and public library keyword in bib tex format in notepad text file format was extracted and transferred to excel software, and then data analysis was done using excel software and bibliometrics library from r software.findings: based on the data obtained from the research, the growth of scientific publications in this field was negative, and in terms of vocabulary frequency, public libraries, information, society and social networks are the most frequent in researches of public libraries and covid-19. findings related to clustering led to the formation of 4 clusters. the services, challenges and technology cluster was central and had a higher density and centrality than other clusters. the access and information presentation models cluster was found to be non-central. the libraries and information literacy cluster was placed in the underdeveloped region of the strategic diagram and finally society, covid-19 and the role of libraries cluster was introduced as an immature cluster.conclusion: according to the abundance of keywords and clusters obtained from the strategic diagram, it was found that the thematic fields of services, challenges and technology are the most important emerging factors in this field. research trends in this field can be planned for further new research in order to cover less work done in these fields.
