چکیده    Indonesia implements a presidential system of government which gives the president a lot of power to create a stable government. prerogative rights are privileges that are owned by the head of government or head of state without any intervention from any party. the institutionalization of the president's prerogative to appoint and dismiss ministers in the cabinet is a consequence of the president's political position as the head of the highest government which is independent and independent from the intervention of parliament, political parties or other political institutions. the balance of the appointment of ministers of ministers by the president prioritizes professionalism and competence compared to considerations of political accommodation.
