The case of children conflict with the law is a phenomenon that occurs in many regions. the government and various institutions collaborate through p2tp2a (integrated service center for empowering women and children) to deal with the problems of children facing the law. in the case of children conflict with the law can be resolved through diversion by law enforcement according to the juvenile criminal justice system (sppa) law, a problem arises where child escort officers face a dilemma between the aspiratios of families of victims who want the cases settled before the court with diversion decisions from law enforcement officers who transfer child cases to out of court settlement. this study reveal how the perceptions of child companions in p2tp2a depok on diversion as a mechanism for resolving cases of children conflict with the law. this study also examines what factors influence this perception.
