چکیده
|
This research is a case study on the z theological college (ztc) with the objective toformulate a strategic plan. based on the review of the strategic management literatures, this studyanalyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat (swot), identifies the identity of the ztc, itsstakeholders, and their expectations in order to develop a strategic plan. the results of this research areactualized in models of teh school’s vision, mission, goals, strategic plans, and operational plans.
