The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the ovop program inpetanahan village, kebumen regency - central java in empowering coconut processing sme’s. thisresearch is an evaluative research with a qualitative approach. data collection techniques are carried outthrough observation, interviews, and documentation. the evaluation model used in this research is thecipp (context, inputs, process, product) evaluation model. the results of this research show that overallthe ovop based empowerment program has been running well, although it is not optimal because thereare still several obstacles, so it takes some efforts to make it happen.
