چکیده
|
This study examines 2 (two) main issues, namely how is the regulation of collective brands in thelegal system in indonesia, and can collective brands be used as alternatives to brand protection to reducebusiness competition? the method used is a normative method with a legislative approach and a caseapproach. the results of the research prove that the regulation of the collective mark has been regulated inthe brand law no.20 of 2016 concerning brands. however, people's understanding of the trademark lawis still lacking so that people do not register their brands individually or collectively.
