چکیده    This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance atthe dompu regency transportation office; (2) the influence of work discipline on employeeperformance at the dompu regency transportation office; the research method is quantitative which iscausal in nature with multiple linear regression analysis techniques and interactive analysis. thepopulation is all employees, the amounting to 93 employees with a sample of 93 employees using a fullsampling (census). the results of the analysis show that the leadership style does not have a linear effecton the performance of employees at the dompu regency department of transportation while workdiscipline has a positive effect on employee performance at the dompu regency transportation office.
