چکیده    Food is the main basic needs for human that must be fulfilling at all times. the right to obtainfood is one of human right, as it stated in the article 27 of the 1945 constitution and in the romedeclaration (1996). the aim of this study is to find out and analyze the development of supply chainmanagement models that are used to maximize rice production in order to improve food security andsecurity in demak regency. the methodology that used of this study is descriptive qualitative with thedata collection method used in-depth interviews and focus group discussion (fgd) and literature study.the result of this study indicate that it can increase rice production and increase the rice fulfillment ratioaround 12% at the end of the 2032 period and the scenario with the efficiency of the rice supply chain canreduce the logistics costs between farmers and rice traders around 14.3%. the conclusion of this study isto increase the ratio of rice fulfillment and creates the efficiency in supply chain management. this showsthat based on parameters changes by increasing the value of crop agro-input and extensification scenarioswhich can increase the rice production per year and rice fulfillment ratio, while scenarios with rice supplychain efficiency can reduce the logistics costs between farmers and rice traders around 14.3%. while therice prices were also affected and had a price reduction ratio of 3.75%.
