decisions against requests for third party intervention and legal remedies instate administrative dispute

This study discusses the form of decisions on third party intervention requests and when thirdparties (interventions) can join the ongoing state administrative dispute and what legal remedies can betaken if a third party's request is rejected. this research is a normative legal research with the problemapproach is the legislation approach and case approach. the results of his research are the decisionshanded down at the request of a third-party intervention and the final decision, namely the decision on thesubject matter of the dispute. whereas legal remedies that can be carried out by third parties are in theform of appeal remedies. everyone who has an interest can enter a state administration dispute. theentry of the intervention can be due to their own desires, joining the plaintiff or the defendant, or at theinitiative of the judge, by submitting an intervention request.
