چکیده    Viral marketing is one of the contemporary strategies and it is one of the most importantstrategies that organizations must rely on in marketing their products and services. viral marketing isimportant in times of crisis for the organization to maintain its continuity in providing its products andservices, and viral marketing depends on the strength of social relations between the organization and itscustomers. the higher the levels of trust by the public towards the organization, the more successful itwill be in viral marketing. progress in the field of information technology and the disappearance ofelectronic trade restrictions have contributed to the expansion of viral marketing.
