the impact of marginalization on children’s delinquency (field study: childrenin the correction and rehabilitation center of kerman province of iran)

The rapid and irregular expansion of metropolitan areas has made large cities prominent hosts tosocial crimes and abnormalities. science social problems and developed urban environments can threatenthe security of urban communities and considering the specific situation and sensitive children andimportance of ways of dealing with their in true religion islam and negative personal and social impactsthat children and youth delinquency on across the society, the present study draws on subcultural theoriesas a theoretical framework, to examine the link between crime rate and friends group, marginalization(poor quarters), children self-reliance. for this purpose, questionnaires were used to collect required databy field study of 56 boy children in the correction and rehabilitation center of kerman province. thedata were analyzed through spss software. our findings indicated a significant relationship betweencrime rate and occurrence of delinquency with friends group, marginalization (sitter poor quarters),children low self-reliance.
