چکیده
|
Baduy customary community is one of the customary law communities that still exists, includingin their customary law, there is a philosophical difference in the interpretation of criminal sanctions onpositive law and customary law. positive law reflects more absolutes so that it is far from a sense ofjustice as the law aspires, while baduy customary law prioritizes the restoration of behavior and harmony.this research uses the antro legal social approach with qualitative analysis.
