dispute resolution of land that has certified rights in bungo district office

A land certificate is a proof of title granted as legal proof of ownership of land rights obtainedthrough the land registration process at the national land agency office. although as a valid proof, inpractice there are still conflicts over ownership of land rights. one of the land disputes that took place atthe bungo district land office was a type of certificate of ownership rights, with settlement throughoutside the court. regarding this matter in this paper, the researcher formulated several issues to be thefocus of the study, namely 1) what is the authority of the national land agency (bpn) in resolving landdisputes that have a certificate of ownership? 2) what is the process of resolving land ownership disputesat the bungo district land office? 3) how is the implementation of the results of the settlement of landdisputes through the bungo district land office for legal certainty of land ownership? the method usedin this paper is empirical juridical study of existing problems and examined based on legal material orregulations and implementation in practice. from the results of the study, the authors found that thenational land agency has the authority to facilitate the parties to the dispute to be resolved throughmediation as well as the resolution process and the decisions made by the parties to the mediation areaccepted as regulations that must be implemented by the parties.
