مبانی فقهی تعظیم و تعزیز اماکنِ یادآور حوادث صدر اسلام در سرزمین وحی (از منظر فریقین)

مبانی فقهی تعظیم و تعزیز اماکن محبوب مسلمانان، که یادآور رویدادهای مهم صدر اسلام بوده است، در فقه فریقین چندان هویدا نیست؛ چراکه مبلغان وهابی، مخالف بازدید مسلمانان از این اماکن هستند. آنها سعی می‌کنند با طرح سوال‌هایی از قبیل اینکه «مبانی فقهی تعظیم و تعزیز این اماکن چیست؟!»، «آیا بازدید و به جا آوردن نماز مستحبی در اماکنی همچون مساجد سبعه، مسجد اجابه، مسجد غمامه، مسجد ردّالشمس، مسجد جن، مسجد ذوقبلتین، بئر‌اریس و... بدعت است؟!» ذهن‌های مسلمانان را مخدوش کنند. تحلیلِ برآمده از روایات خاص برخی اماکن و همچنین قرار گرفتن سایر اماکن در زمره برخی اطلاقات و عمومات شرعی، اثبات‌کننده ویژگی ممتاز و فضیلت آن مکان‌ها برای تعظیم و اهتمام و پندآموزی مسلمانان از آن مکان‌هاست. هدف نویسندگان در این تحقیق شناخت حدود و ثُغور ادله، و تبیین و تحلیل مبانی فقهی تعظیم و تعزیز این اماکن و گستره دلالی‌آن است و نیل به این مَقصد در سایه توصیف و تحلیل گزاره‌های فقهی موجود در منابع فریقین با گرد‌آوری داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای میسّر است که نتیجه آن، تبیین مبانی فقهی تعظیم و تعزیز این اماکن و استحباب ادای نماز در برخی‌ و مشروعیت آن در سایر اماکن است.

The Jurisprudential Bases of Pilgrimage and Respecting the Places Commemorating the Events of the Beginning of Islam in the Land of Revelation (From the Two Sects’ Viewpoints)

The jurisprudential bases of pilgrimage and respecting the favorite places of Muslims, which are reminders of the most important events of the beginning of Islam and enjoy dignity, are not very evident in the jurisprudence of the two sects because the Wahhabi missionaries are against visiting these places by Muslims especially the places not referred to by specific narrations from the Prophet (peace be upon him) about the recommendation of praying there they confuse Muslims’ minds during their periodical visits and deny the respect of these places. These behaviors cause visiting these places by Muslims to face some questions, such as: What are the jurisprudential bases of visiting and respecting these places? Are visiting and praying in places such as alMasajid alSab’a (The Seven Mosques), Masjid alIjabah, Masjid alGhamama, Masjid alRadd alShams, Masjid alJinn, Masjid alQiblatayn, and Masjid alBaerEris known as heresy? The analysis of specific narrations about some places, as well as the inclusion of other places in the category of some Sharia applications and generalities, demonstrates the unique feature and superiority of these places for pilgrimage, as well as Muslims’ diligence and taking advice from them. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the limits and gaps of evidence and explaining and analyzing the jurisprudential bases of pilgrimage and respecting these places and the areas of their implications. This objective is achievable by describing and analyzing the jurisprudential propositions available in different sources of the two sects by collecting library data, the result of which is to explain the jurisprudential bases of pilgrimage and respecting these places and the recommendation of praying in some of them and their legitimacy in some others.
