آسیب‌شناسی خدمت به حرمین در دوره معاصر و راهکارهای برون‌رفت از آن

در این پژوهش، ابتدا به مدد دانش‌های مختلفی چون تاریخ، حدیث، فقه، حقوق و اخلاق به وظایف خادم‌الحرمین به‌عنوان حکومت مسلط بر حرمین که میزبانی حج و عمره را پذیرفته اشاره‌ای می‌شود که خدمت فعلی به حرمین با شاخص‌سازی این ملاک‌ها و مقایسه آن با وضعیت موجود ارزیابی می‌شود. وضعیت موجودِ خدمت به حرمین، مستند به گزارش‌های علمی و خبری و نیز مشاهدات نویسنده در سفر به حرمین است. در کنار این ارزیابی انتقادی، و معرفی کاستی‌های فعلی خدمت به حرمین، برای رسیدن به وضعیت مطلوب خادم‌الحرمینی در تراز آموزه‌ها و فرهنگ اسلامی‌، پیشنهاد‌هایی ارائه می‌شود. این نوشتار، پژوهشی کتابخانه‌ای میدانی و تحقیقی میان‌رشته‌ای است که دستاوردهای آن ارائه پیشنهاد‌های جدید درباره خدمت به حرمین شریفین است. این پیشنهاد‌ها در محورهای مدیریت عبادی، رفاهی، فرهنگی و مدیریت سیاسی عرضه ‌شده است.

The Analysis of the Challenges of Serving the Holy Shrines in the Contemporary Age and the Solutions

Referring to various sciences such as history, hadith, jurisprudence, law, and ethics, this study first describes the duties of the custodians of the Holy Shrines as the ruling government which has accepted the hosting and organizing the Hajj and Umrah affairs. The current services to the Holy Shrines are evaluated by indexing these criteria and comparing them with the existing situation. The current state of giving services to the Holy Shrines is documented by scientific and press sources as well as the author’s observations during his visit to the two Shrines. In addition to this critical evaluation and discussing the existing shortcomings of the services to the Holy Shrines, certain proposals are made to improve the services to achieve the desired status in terms of Islamic teachings and culture. This is a librarybased, experimental and interdisciplinary study that tries to offer new proposals in religious, welfare, cultural, and political management of the services to the Holy Shrines.
